This paper studied the materials of coated fabric of air texturingglass fiber,texturing technology, coating process, and property analysis. Theproblems occurred in texturing,weaving and coating were analyzed andinvestigated. Several factor occurred in air texturing,weaving alld coatingwere analyzed, the reason were put forward for the products. The materialof building up and coating and their complexion are analyzed, thereason were put forward for the composite material's abilities,the paper hasthe preparation for further research of the subjects. The perfOrmanceof draw, extend & crook mightiness of pee1ed of coated fabric of airtexturing glass fiber are tested. The positive dea1 & square differenceana1ysis are made (for examp1e: the mightiness of drawing of yarndirection ). And has a fine technology of manufacturing, accordingto va1idate testing. The experimental result are compared and analyzedand had some conclusion:l .The inner structure of g1ass filament make some variety by airing. Themightiness of glass airing filament is less than the mightiness of g1assnot-airing filament. According1y the mightiness of glass airing filamentfabric is less than the mightiness of glass not-airing filament fabric.But the intensity of coated fabric has a abvious enhance(PVC make fibre,filament in the fabric felt firmly and make for the enhance of intension ). Themightiness of glass airing filament by coated depress.2. The sizing rate of glass airing filament coated fabric affect themightiness of fabric. The great sizing rate of fabric has a greatenhance rate of mightiness. The sizing rate of glass airing filamentcoated fabric is better than the sizing rate of g1ass not--airingfilament coated fabric if the fabric have same yarn count, densityof warp & abb. But the yarn of glass airing filament coated fabric hasabrasion in weaving, then the mightiness of glass not-airing filamenicoated fabric is better than the mightiness of glass airing filamentcoated fabric in the testing.3. In the infection factor of draw & extend intension of glass airingfilament coated fabric, the sq.m. of fabric is the most importantfactor.4. In the test of mightiness of pee1ed, the sizing rate of glassairing filament coated fabric has a great effect of the mightinessof pee1ed. The mightiness of pee1ed is better if the fabric hasa great sizing rate, name1y the fabric of agglutinated is hardundrawed. The mightiness of pee1ed of glass airing filament coatedfabric is better than the mightiness of glass not-airing filamefltcoated fabric.5. The composed component of glass fiber determine the brittleness ofglass fiber. From the flexible character test, the glass airing filament fahrichas bad flexible character(the g1ass airing filament fabric has litt1ecrook break time due to a fraction of fiber are ruptured or cur1edin the airing), the glass not-airing filament fabric has fine flexib1echaracter if the fabric has same yarn count (the glass not-airing filamentfabric has more crook break time). The glass airing filament fabric oflarge yarn count has bad flexib1e character if the fabric has differentyarn count (large yarn count has excessive fibre,has more crook breaktime). The flexible character of coated fabric has a great enhance owing todope' action.
