The functionalization of alkene has always been one of the hottest research topics in organic chemistry. In particular, the transition-metal catalyzed difunctionalization of alkene has been developed rapidly in recent years.Constructing C-C and C-N bonds are of great importance to both biological and pharmaceutical chemistry.Due to ?-H elimination,transition-metal catalyzed alkylation is relatively rare.In this content,we focus our research on constructing C-C and C-N bond from alkenes and alkyl peroxides, and synthesizing a range of unnatural ?-amino acids. This works includes the following aspects:(1)Iron-catalyzed diastereoselective carboamination of methyl cinnamate to synthesize unnatural ?-amino acids.Under the catalysis of iron, using diacyl peroxides as the alkyl reagents, the alkylamination of methy cinnamate was achieved. This is a very efficient way to reach unnatural disubstituted ?-amino acids with high yields and good diastereoselectivities.(2)Iron-catalyzed alkylamination of alkene, constructing carbon-carbon bond and carbon-nitrogen bond spontaneously.Under the catalyst of Fe(OTf)3,using diacyl peroxides as the alkyl reagents,we developed a method for the alkylamination of styrenes. Many amine derivatives had been synthesized via the cascade construction of carbon-carbon bond and carbon-nitrogen bond(3)Iron-catalyzed Heck-type alkylation of conjugated dienes. We have developed an iron-catalyzed decarboxylative alkylation of conjugated dienes with alkyl peroxides as the alkylating reagents.Primary and secondary alkylating reagents performed the reaction with high efficiency.(4)Iron-catalyzed hydroarylation of styrenes. With the catalysis of iron,we have developed the hydroarylation of styrenes under room temperature.BPO was used as the oxidant and anisole was used as the arylating reagent. These works are of great importance in methodology and application.
