Different kinds of curing agents have different effects on the property of EP energy storage luminescent paint.In this essay,three kinds of curing agents,such as polyamide 650,phenolic aldehyde amine T31 and aliphatic amine KXB made by laboratory were chosen to cure EP.We systemically analyze the hardness,curing property and appearance of EP energy storage luminescent paint under the effects of different cursing agents on the premise of using the same dosage.Result shows that KXB cursing agent can make the EP energy storage luminescent paint possess better hardness,curing property and appearance.After discussing the effect of KXB dosage on luminescent paint's mechanical properties,cursing,lighting,water absorption and thermal stability,it shows that the tensile strength,bending strength and elasticity modulus of EP energy storage luminescent paint are the best when the KXB dosage is 13 phr.At this condition,the cursing property,thermal ability and water absorption are better and KXB cursing agent has scarcely influence on light intensity of EP energy storage luminescent paint.To improve the compatibility of EP and SrA12O4:Eu2+,Dy3+(SAO)luminescent powder and prevent the hydrolysis of luminescent powder,polymethyl methacrylate surfacing coating and KH550 surfacing coating were chosen to change the luminescent powder.This essay discusses the effect of painting's mechanical property,luminescence property and the microstructure after dealing with these two methods,and the PH of coated luminescent powder in water.The results show that KH550 performs better when coated,and when the reaction temperature,the reaction time and the coating amount is respectively 80?,2.5h,and 10%,the performance of the EP energy storage luminescent coating is better.After discussing painting's mechanic,lighting,viscosity,hardness and thermal stability effected by the dosage of luminescent powder,it shows when the luminescent powder is 33.6 phr,the tensile strength bending strength and elongation at break of EP energy storage luminescent paint improve partly to 29.65MPa?77.28MPa and 10.62%,and the viscosity and luminescence intensity increase with the increasing of luminescent powder's dosage and its dosage has hardly effect on the hardness.To improve the toughness of EP energy storage luminescent paint,we discuss the effect of luminescent property and mechanical property by two kinds of flexibilizers with the same dosage.Result shows that CYH-277-S is obviously better than nitrile rubber toughened the EP energy storage luminescent paint,no matter in its tensile strength,elongation at break,bending,impact strength,luminescence intensity and elasticity modulus.After discussing the effect of mechanics,lighting,cursing,thermal property and the microstructure by different dosages of CYH-277-S,it shows that the impact strength,bending strength and elasticity modulus of EP energy storage luminescent paint respectively are 0.25kJ·m-2?77.28MPa?3.74GPa without flexibilizer.When adding 15 phr CYH-277-S,the impact strength,bending strength and elasticity modulus of EP energy storage luminescent paint respectively increase to 5.5kJ·m-2?120.7MPa?4.77GPa.
