With the development of society,electricity and energy are demand increased year by year.In recent years,many areas because of power shortages and blackouts occur,the use of energy storage luminous paint can save energy effectively alleviate this phenomenon.However,our country have no large-scale production using similar luminous paint,mainly due to it higher cost,light intensity caused by unsatisfactory.Rapid development of today's society,the use of green building materials also increased year by year,it is no longer pursuing a single aesthetic appearance,but more steering energy saving,beautiful and durable in one new building materials,and therefore a storage-type light emitting study paint has very great significance.In order to enhance the paints durability during use and adhesion,the use of epoxy resin-modified styrene-acrylic emulsion,disscuss the oxidant?initator?temperature and other factors which influnce the performance for styrence-acrylic emulsion,the mass ratio for styrence-acrylic emulsion and epoxy emulsion,concent of iminobisetnanol.In order to extend the time afterglow luminous powder,luminous paint luminous brightness enhancement by surface modification luminous powder luminous powder to enhance water resistance,thereby increasing the brightness.Using modified rare earth aluminate long afterglow luminous powder,epoxy resin-modified styrene-acrylic emulsion,fillers,various additives prepared luminous paint.Examine the impact of luminous powder dosage and calcium carbonate,titanium dioxide,nano-alumina and other filler to paint luminescent properties.To discuss the impact of each component content of the painting emission luminance,luminous paint and basic performance were tested.Experimental results show that the amount of emulsifier is 2.5%,the amount of initiator is 0.3%,temperature is 80?85 ?,acrylic acid content is 3%,hard and soft monomer m(BA):m(St)is 1:1 and stirred speed is 600r/min,the emulsion polymerization mechanical and stability has good stability.The conversion rate reached 53%,and the relative size of the emulsion reached about a minimum.At 60? join the epoxy emulsion?styrene-acrylic emulsion and iminobistnanol,mass ration is 1:5:0.25.After 3h,with the high stirring,the new emulsion has hight adhesive force and durability.After drying over anhydrous ethanol modified phosphor,enhanced water resistance,brightness also increased.With the increase of luminous powder content,the painting brightness growing,but luminous powder content of more than 20%,the brightness increase is not obvious,given the higher cost of the light-emitting powder,so content 20%is appropriate.Nano-alumina was added,significantly improving the brightness system,and effectively enhance the painting hardness,with the increase of nano-alumina content,the painting hardness showed a rising trend,while 5 to 10 percent,the largest painting hardness is 6H,and not aged more.In order to consider the cost,nano-alumina content determined to be 5%.Calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide are not affected light to painting.
