| World economy becomes gloomy due to the economic crisis in 2008,gradually causing overcapacity in energy industry;in this case,the competition between enterprises in the market has quietly changed,they are no longer fighting with each other,but cooperating more and more in production and circulation,which makes logistics integrate in a certain extent,and now competition transforms into the one among corporate network based on each supply chains;during this transformation,the steel distribution industry will be more and more important in the process of integration of steel logistics,because it performs a fundamental role in the economic chain.However,the current development of steel distribution industry is still not ideal,which obviously cannot adapt to positive and circular development in steel industry chain.This thesis is based on this background;firstly,it introduced the supply chain integration and other related theories,elaborated on the development,the definition and the features of the theory,and described the status of the development of Steel Logistics in China.Secondly,to analyze the difference between company A and other domestic and foreign outstanding trade enterprises,company A should study from their advantages and apply them into their own supply chain integration.Moreover,after analysis of that if company A should adopt such supply chain integration or not,we should find a theory to optimize the effect of supply chain integration in the steel trade activities,lastly,to summarize the full text and conclude and find the existing problems and propose the future research direction.This thesis is to explore and research the existing problem of company A in steel trade,and apply the supply chain integration theory into the actual operation,and find some specific measures to instruct the future development,and lastly,I expect that it can offer some reference to Steel distribution industry in China. |
