Difficult processing' materials(molybdenum,tungsten,hard alloy,hardened steel,etc.)to drilling deep hole is a problem,Currently,deep long hole is mainly machined by gun drilling,but which is based on suitable workpiece' hardness,strength and so on.those materials Are difficult to manufacture by traditional processing technology.EDM and laser machining can machine those materials of difficult processing,but the workpiece will influence by high temperature,then may product recast layer or micro cracks,and for many high temperature resistant materials,the two method are difficult to manufacture with lower processing efficiency.Adopts electrochemical drilling method were not affected by material's strength,hardness or brittleness and so on.won't produce recast layer,elecrode loss and machining hardening layer,etc.elecrochemical method can accomplish difficult processing materials' processing.In this paper,the hardened 45 steel as the research object,designed to build the electrochemical processing experimental processing device,and conducted an experimental study.In our processing scheme.the workpiece was fixed and the electrode feed.The workpiece using low rotation speed in order to ensure the holes' high straightness;Electrolyte circulation supply system through the pressure pump,filter,circular workpiece processing areas,reflux device supplies;electrode head device was designed on purpose,and increase the guide divece to ensure the stability of machining process,electrode wall insulated to reduce holes cutting quantity,avoid collision.;Designed and manufactured a special fixture to ensure that the processing hole has a higher position accuracy and concentricity.Based on measured date,calculated and determined the workpiece's inlet pressure and flow;Set up geometric model of the workpiece processing area'removal amount;Contrastive analysis on current and lateral clearance' influential factor was performed by orthogonal experiments.Using the developed experimental device,obtained a depth ratio of 30:1 deep hole.Research indicates:Lateral clearance is proportional to the current,flow rate,processing speed;the current is proportional to flow rate,electrode positive area,peocessing rate:Measured and analyzed on straightness and surface quality,It is possible to obtain a deep hole having a high concentricity and a good surface quality with the outer surface.
