In the"13th Five-Year"plan,recovery of textile fiber is a key task,also is an important direction for future development.For the moment,the recovery technology of fiber products has not been a major breakthrough,and the scope of recovery is limited to single or two-component fiber products,almost no research on the recycling utilization of three or more components fiber blended fabric.Therefore,in this paper,using chemical method to recycle the viscose/polyester/wool blended fabric which is commonly used in the suit.Firstly,decolorized the fabric.Then dissolved viscose and wool fiber and made them into powder,the remaining polyester can be directly re-used after cleaning and drying.Finally,according to the optimal recovery process,preliminary built the evaluation index system,comprehensive evaluated the value of recovery viscose/polyester/wool blended fabric.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,divided the decolorization process into two parts:pretreatment and decolorization.The pretreatment stage also can be divided into three parts:One,disinfected the waste viscose/polyester/wool blended fabric by steam sterilization processing.Two,measured the viscose/polyester/wool blended ratio through three components analysis,and the ratio was 30:50:20.Three,swollen the fabric with DMSO,the swelling effect was measured by the weight loss rate and the K/S value,and optimized the swelling process by single factor analysis method.The optimized process was as follows:the material ratio 1:10,swelling time 40min,swelling temperature 90?.Under the optimal swelling process,the weightlessness was 3.06%,and the K/S value was 16.906.After that,decolorized the color off viscose/polyester/wool blended fabric by hydrogen peroxide-activating agent stripping system.With the strength retention and the decolorization rate as the index,combining single factor and orthogonal test method to discuss the influence of H2O2 concentration,NaOH concentration,temperature,time,etc.on the decoloring results.The optimized process conditions were as follows:H2O2 15g/L,NaOH 6g/L,TAED 2.5g/L,Na2SiO3 3g/L,JFC 2g/L,temperature 75?,time 80 min,bath ratio 1:30.At this point,the fabric decoloring rate was 67.71%,the strength retention rate was 95.45%.Secondly,selected appropriate solvent to dissolve viscose and wool.Used phosphoric acid/poly phosphate mixed acid solvent system to dissolve the viscose fiber in blended fabrics,discussed the effects of P2O5 mass fraction,solid content and temperature on the results of dissolution.The results showed that the dissolution time of viscose was increased with the increasing of the mass fraction of P2O5.The solid content increased,the dissolution time decreased first,and then increased slowly.And the higher the temperature,the shorter the dissolution time.To have an integrative consideration,the process conditions for the dissolution of viscose were determined as follows:P2O5content 74%,solid content 14%,temperature 25?.After that,dissolved the wool in urea/Sodium Bisulfite/SDS dissolution system.And disscussed the effect of urea concentration,sodium bisulfite concentration,SDS concentration and time on the wool dissolution rate and keratin extraction rate by RSM.The optimized process conditions for dissolving wool were as follws:urea 400g/L,Sodium Bisulfite 40g/L,SDS 20g/L,time 6h,bath ratio 1:20,pH 11.Under the optimum dissolved solution,the wool dissolving rate and extraction yield of keratin were 89.53%and 49.32%,respectively.Finally,prepared viscose cellulose powder and wool keratin powder by grinding.Tested and analyzed the properties of the powder,mainly including micromorphology,moisture regain,infrared,crystallinity and thermal properties.The results showed that the fiber powder keep the properties of the original fibers and is useful.And took the recovery of 1kg viscose/polyester/wool blended fabric as an example,put forward the estimation method and the implementation idea of the added value of recycling waste textiles,specifictly measured the economic efficiency of product recycling.38 figures,30tables,111 references.
