PM2.5 is defined as the atmospheric particulate matter with aerodynamic diameter less than 2.5?m,that can be inhaled and deposit in the alveoli and be found in the blood circulation.PM2.5 has a large relatively surface area,which is able to absorb large amounts of toxic and hazardous substances.The particulate matters can stay in the atmosphere for a long time and be transmitted far away,that is damage to human health.Currently PM2.5 from coal source,motor options,biomass combustion sources,dust and cooking,etc.Introduction International and China on a series of measures to control particulate pollutants made,which for the scientific management of particulate matter pollution to provide reference and basis.According to the statistics,more than 80%of the life time of people in modern society was spent indoors,In addition to the smokers,the cooking fume is the main contributor in various kinds of indoor emission pollution,which is the main factor of the reason why indoor particulate matter is higher than the outdoor environment.The cooking fume contains a lot of PM2.5,which directly affect the health of the kitchen staff.Residential kitchen pollution comes mainly from two parts:one is the combustion products of fuel combustion in the kitchen,and the other part is the cooking process oil mist and ingredients at certain temperatures.Systematic analysis of the range hood type,kitchen exhaust duct structure and complement of wind way,so that a reasonable set of kitchen exhaust airflow organization.Based on simulation by FLUENT and modeling by GAMBIT,taking indoor PM2.5 distribution as a measure,by controlling opening and closing of the kitchen range hood,this article will discuss the movement and distribution of PM2.5 in the resident kitchen in Shenyang,to provide reference for resident life.When cooking to meet the standard of PM2.5 concentrations inside the kitchen,oil absorption of better working mode:20s to open before the start of the cooking oil absorption,when cooking oil absorption has been open,end of the cooking range hood continued for 3min.The best arrangement for tuyere:as far as possible to fill the tuyere location farther away from the oil absorption,tuyere section more.
