Global warming has caused a series of ecological problems,and greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide are the main causes of global warming.Therefore,curbing carbon dioxide emissions has become the responsibility of all countries in the world to deal with climate change.As one of the important prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi province,Shangrao naturally needs to share the responsibility,which is to strive for the long-term goal of national carbon reduction.According to this,Shangrao has put forward the idea of building low-carbon city and developing low-carbon economy in recent years.This article is one of the part of the work that follows this concept,the specific content is as follows.Shangrao city,first of all,using 2004 to 2015,according to the relative statistic data of the industry,based on the IPCC's greenhouse gas emissions inventory method,constructed the Shangrao carbon accounting framework,and the carbon emissions of Shangrao calendar year for specific business accounting.Greenhouse gas emission sources are divided into energy units(industrial energy,transportation energy,commercial energy,household consumption)and non-energy units(industrial processes,waste,agriculture)and other units.The results show that from 2004 to2015,the total amount of carbon emissions and the growth rate of the city are both growing,and they are both large.The growth rate peaked in 2007,up 438.41 million tons from the previous year,and then slowed.From 2004 to 2004,Shangrao carbon emissions,industrial energy consumption carbon emissions in the largest contribution to the energy unit,carbon emissions of about 132.6198 million tons,accounting for about 85.9% of the carbon emissions to the energy unit.Secondly,the greenhouse gas emission of the industrial process sector,which is consumed by non-energy units,is4385,000 tons,and the lowest proportion of greenhouse gas emissions is the waste discharge unit,which is about 420.55 million tons.On the whole,it can be seen thatthe per capita carbon emission in the city is increasing.Then,using the Logarithmic mean Divisia index-LMDI analyzes the Shangrao calendar year industrial industry carbon emissions and its change factors,it is concluded that 2004-2007 economic effect of Shangrao city,energy intensity effect for positive effect,pull the carbon emissions growth;Energy carbon emission coefficient effect and industrial structure effect are negative effect,restrain carbon emission growth;In the second stage,2008-2011,due to the impact of the 2008 global financial crisis on the growth of GDP,the second stage of economic scale effect changed from the positive effect of the first stage to the negative inhibition effect;The energy intensity effect is always positive,which is the most important pulling factor in the total effect.Carbon emission factor effect and industrial structure effect have little effect on the total effect.In the third stage,the industrial structure effect of2012-2015 is the biggest restraining factor,which is due to the continuous adjustment and optimization of industrial structure since 2011,resulting in the reduction of carbon emission.Finally,based on the above results,the key factors that influence the increase of carbon emission in the recent years are summarized,and some Suggestions for energy conservation and emission reduction are put forward.
