Pesticide plays an indispensable role in modern agricultural production.It brings huge economic benefits to mankind.However,because of people’s irrational use of pesticides and weak awareness of environmental protection,a wide range of highly toxic pesticide residues are produced.In the environment,the problem of pesticide residues has become one of the most important sources of food and environmental pollution,which seriously threatens human health.Soil as a habitat of crops,pesticides applied to crops will inevitably remain in the soil,making the soil a large number of pesticide distribution,causing pesticide residues in the soil,soil pesticide residues have been increasingly pay attention.Therefore,establishing a rapid screening method for the detection of multiple pesticide residues in soil is of great significance for timely understanding of soil pesticide residue status and soil environmental safety supervision.The phenomenon of illegally adding Papaveris Pericarpium to foods is not uncommon and has been banned for many times.Unscrupulous traders often use the addictive nature of papaveris pericarpium to illegally add it to the foods they sell and make consumers addicted,thereby increasing the source of tourists and making huge profits.This type of unpleasant phenomenon is dominated by broth,hot pot ingredients and seasonings.papaveris pericarpium contains alkaloids such as morphine,thebaine,codeine,papaverine and narcotine.It has long-term consumption of food containing poppy shells.The alkaloids contained in it will cause people to rely on the spirit,make people have a tendency to use drugs,and seriously harm human health.Therefore,it is extremely important to establish a method for the rapid screening of these illegally added ingredients.In this study,real-time direct analysis tandem mass spectrometry(DART-MS/MS)technology was used to study the rapid screening methods for the pesticides residues in soil and papaveris pericarpium in Soup Stock.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)DART-MS/MS has been established to rapidly screen 13 pesticide residues in soil.The soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile and extracted with ultrasonic extraction at room temperature and pressure.The sample was injected under thepositive ion mode of DART ion source with the ionization temperature of 400℃ the grid voltage of 50 V,and the injection rate of 0.6mm/s.The detection was carried out by mass spectrometry positive ion multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.A new method for simultaneous detection of multiple pesticide residues in soil using DART-MS/MS was realized.The method is simple,rapid,environmentally friendly,economical,and can quickly determine the characteristics of thirteen pesticide residues such as fenthion,carbofuran,and metalaxyl in the soil.(2)A direct analysis in real time tandem mass spectrometry(DART-MS/MS)method was established for quickly screening five illegally added alkaloids of poppy shell from the hot pot condiment,beef noodle soup and seasoning.The samples were extracted and purified by acetonitrile,and then injected under the conditions of ionization temperature of 300℃,grid electrode voltage of 150 V and sampling rate of0.8 mm/s using DART in the positive ion mode.The determination was conducted by tandem mass spectrometry in positive ESI mode under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The method is simple and rapid,and can meet the requirement of rapid screening and analysis of large quantities of samples.
