Based on the unique geographical features and water quality characteristics of the Laoyunliang River slow flow area,four environmental friendly materials—Shale hollow brick,Ceramic tile,Wood stone,Cinder—were used as substrate materials to set four different hydraulic loads,in order to investigate the effect and mechanism of water purification under different working conditions,and propose remediation technology for river channels that meets the hydrological conditions and biological habitat functions of the Laoyunliang River.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Considering the influences of hydraulic loading,influent concentration,dissolved oxygen and temperature on the efficiency of removing pollutants,cinder is more suitable for removing TP,COD,ceramic tile is more suitable for removing TN of the Laoyunliang River.(2)The richness and evenness of the species composition of the four substrates attached to the microbial community were higher than blank group.Among them,the richness and diversity of microbial communities attached to shale hollow bricks are the highest.A total of 48 kind of bacteria and 20 dominant genus were detected in the experiment,the diversity and abundance of microbial communities on the substrate surface promoted the effect of removing Nitrogen pollutants from water bodies.(3)The removal of Phosphorus by ceramic tile,wood grain stone,shale hollow brick and coal residue is mainly physical chemical adsorption.The adsorption capacity for phosphorus is cinder> shale hollow brick> ceramic tile> wood grain stone,adsorption rates is ceramic bricks> shale hollow bricks> cinders> wood stone.When the adsorption reached an balance,the adsorption capacity of ceramic tile and wood stone reached the maximum value1.316 mg/g and 1.219 mg/g.(4)The algae on substrate materials promoted the quantity and rate of removing the water pollutants,the growth of algae dissolved oxygen and pH and the self-purification of water bodies,as a result increased the water environmental quality.
