Research On Green Development Index Of National Ecological Civilization Test Area(Jiangxi)

The construction of national ecological civilization experimental area is a realistic choice to vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization.The concept of green development is an important connotations of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Great achievements have been made in the development of the economy since China's reform and opening.However,China is still facing the grim situation of resource and environment constraints.How to deal with the relationship between economic development and environmental protection is the most urgent task of China's social and economic development.This is the reason why this paper chooses to study green development index of National ecological civilization test area(Jiangxi).The theoretical basis and literature are reviewed in this paper at first.Then the present situation of green development in Jiangxi is analyzed.This paper points out the achievements and existing problems.The index framework of Jiangxi green development index is determined by multiple index selection methods.Taking 4 first level indicators,11 two level indicators and 49 three level indicators as contents.This paper calculates the level of green development index in Jiangxi.And it calculates the level of environmental greening,production greening,life greening and policy greening.Then based on the theory of spatial econometrics,the regional differences of green development in Jiangxi are analyzed.The results of the study show that the green development space of Jiangxi is becoming more and more prominent,and the effect of spatial agglomeration is becoming more and more obvious.Although there are regional differences,the green development level of Jiangxi is increasing.This paper puts forward the proposals for green development of the national ecological civilization test area(Jiangxi)based on the above conclusions.It includes defining the concept of ecological environment protection,optimizing the green industrial structure,strengthening the green consumption ability and perfecting the green policy system.
