Water is the indispensable material for human survival,and it is the controlling factor of the ecosystem,which has a very important position in national security and social development.At present,the problem of water resource pollution is becoming more and more serious,which brings great destruction to the ecological environment,and the world faces the challenge of water shortage.Karst groundwater is a key research object,and the karst landform is unstable and volatile.With the need of economic development,more attention is paid to the further study of karst groundwater.Yunnan province is located in the southwest of China,karst geomorphology underground karst caves,abundant water.This project mainly designed and developed automatic sampling recording equipment,namely surface rainfall monitoring equipment,which provides better technical support for studying groundwater resources in karst area.The system has two main functions: automatic monitoring and automatic sampling.First automatic sampling function mainly through the light coupling accurate positioning and motor running fit to realize automatic bottle change of samples,include the functions of rainfall collection,sample bottles of water,the sample bottle bottle in positioning function,manifold,sample collection and sample information storage function,etc.The rainwater collected by the rain sensor can be collected by the water distributor,and the rotor position of the motor turns to the sample bottle in the sample area.The device has the heavy rain with light rain two modes,can by setting the distinction between the two kinds of mode,according to the rainfall in kunming,our lab will be heavy rain mode is set to 70 mm,when samples collected rainwater reaches 440 ml bottle is the current sample bottles to switch to the next sample bottle back to work.The small rain mode is set to 72 hours,i.e.,after 72 hours in the small rain mode,the current sample bottle will switch to the next sample bottle to continue working.Monitoring of rainfall is mainly through the monitoring circuit of the dump type rainfall sensor to know exactly how much rain is collected in each sample bottle.Secondly,automatic monitoring includes rainfall sensing function,rainfall monitoring function,rainfall storage recording function,reading data function,GSM short message sending function and working mode setting function,etc.In this paper,research and design of automatic sampling system mainly STM32F103 MCU as the core,the integration of multiple function modules,using the switching power supply design,will be to minimize power consumption,to ensure that the chip module and the power supply of the machine.The main module also has a large capacity SD card to solve the large data stored in the information and environment information stored in the sampling process,which also makes the saved water sample data more accurate and complete.GSM module: the GSM module is used to transmit data wirelessly,and the sample data is transmitted to the mobile phone terminal of the researcher.More timely information on rainfall information such as ambient temperature,environmental humidity,start time of heavy rain or light rain,end time,and the amount of rain collected from each sample bottle.
