Research On Safety Risk Management Of YS Coal Construction Project

In recent years,with the gradual increase of domestic coal prices,the profits of coal mining enterprises are rising.At the same time,coal mine safety accidents still occur frequently,especially during the construction of coal mine.The safety management of mine construction project is an important part of mine safety management,but it has not been paid much attention for a long time.Mine construction project is a large comprehensive project,particularity and complexity,unpredictability and professional characteristics of crossover operation,and different mines has been running smoothly,there is more risk factors,safety risk is huge.Therefore,the safety problems during the construction of coal mine are particularly important,and only the safety risk management during this period can effectively improve the level of coal safety management in China.The author combines the actual situation of individual production line technicians in coal enterprises,taking the YS coal mine construction project as the research background,and studies how to carry out the safety risk management of the project.Based on the theory of mine safety management and risk management theory,the paper identifies the security risks encountered in the construction project of YS coal mine by using reference materials,selecting the appropriate control standards and Listening to experts' suggestions,and evaluates the identified safety risk by using the expert evaluation method and matrix method,and determines the different security risks.In order to improve the safety risk management system of YS coal mine construction project,the suggestions of improving the safety risk management system of coal mine construction projects are put forward.The research results provide direct Guidance for the safety risk management of YS coal mine construction projects,and have some reference significance for other similar projects.
