Research On Risk Management Of Karakul Gas Field Construction Project

With China's entry into the WTO and the rapid development of the global economy,China petroleum corporation is the first to enter the international market and develop oil and gas business.At present,overseas oil and gas projects adopt the general design,procurement,construction of the general contracting model.This model has the characteristics of low cost,short duration and high quality,which can make the contractor give full play to his advantages in the utilization of resources and the unified allocation.At the same time,this mode also transfers more risks to the contractor,who may face all kinds of unpredictable risks and cause great losses.In recent years,Chinese enterprises in overseas oil and gas development and construction business development rapidly,but the consciousness of risk management is still relatively weak,the overall risk management level is low,the study of risk management needs to be strengthened.In uzbekistan kara library field construction project risk management as the research object,the project implementation process of risk identification and evaluation,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure according to the results of the assessment and preventive measures.Through the study on project risk management,combined with the risk management practice of overseas oil and gas construction projects,this paper hopes to provide references and references for other overseas oil and gas engineering projects.In this paper,the main contents are as follows:(1)Using the work-risk decomposition method,the project implementation process and project risk were decomposed,and the WBS-RBS risk matrix was constructed to judge and identify the risk states in the matrix elements one by one.Establish project risk list according to project risk identification results.(2)On the basis of the project risk list,through the analytic hierarchy process,to establish risk hierarchy model,build the project risk hierarchical structure model of judgment matrix,calculating structure model weight value of each level of risk factors and risk factors for total ordering,finally determine the risk factors in the high-risk factor 1,22 middle risk factors and 26 low risk factors.(3)According to the results of project risk assessment and project risk response principle,according to different risk rating given corresponding risk coping strategies,in combination with the practical situation of gas field construction project specific measures to deal with risks,and reduce the risk of loss,the maximum reduces the risk of harm,ensure project's overall revenue.
