With the lack of biochemical performance curve family of urban domestic sewage carriers,the differences of biochemical performance of different structural carriers had not been clarified,and the selection of engineering carriers tended to be empirical and blindness.15 kinds of common biological carriers were selected for SBBR simultaneous operation treatment of urban domestic sewage.CODcr,NH3-N and TP were detected,and the carrier concentration curve family and carrier load rate curve family were drawn.According to the structural characteristics of different carriers,unit membrane volume and unit load rate,the mechanism of the difference of biochemical properties of different carriers were analyzed.The main conclusions were as follows:1)Through 115 days of simultaneous operation of 15 groups of carrier detection,draw 15 kinds of carrier of urban domestic sewage carrier biochemical characteristic curve family.Through the analysis of the concentration section,the error of the same concentration section wass small,the difference of each carrier curve group is significant,and the carriers are arranged orderly with each other.2)The curve family of carrier concentration in urban domestic sewage shows that the effect of carrier treatment with different structural characteristics was significantly different.The order of CODcr and NH3-N treatment effect was sinking carrier>circular pipe carrier>filamentous carrier>suspended carrier>pensile carrier.The effect of shelve carrier was the lowest,CODcr removal rate was 60%,NH3-N removal rate was40%,sinking carrier was 17.43%higher than suspended carrier in CODcr treatment effect,75%higher in NH3-N treatment effect;TP removal by suspended carrier was33.79%at the lowest level,and the optimal treatment effect of circular tube carrier was49.33%higher than that of suspended carrier.3)The K value of the unit volume loading rate of the carrier was suspended carrier>pensile carrier>filamentous carrier>circular pipe carrier>sinking carrier.The volume loading rate of suspended carrier was 19.11,which was 2.61 times of the volume loading rate of sinking carrier.The smaller the loading rate per unit volume or per unit area,the better the treatment effect of the reactor.The value K of load rate per unit area of carrier was suspended carrier>pensile carrier>filamentous carrier>circular pipe carrier>sinking carrier.The load rate per unit area of suspended carrier was 0.044,which was 6285.7 times of the load rate of sinking carrier.The smaller the loading rate per unit area,the better the treatment effect of the reactor.4)The better the fluidization degree of the carrier,the higher the activity of the membrane.The fluidization degree of each carrier was suspended carrier>circular pipe carrier>filiform carrier>pensile carrier>sinking carrier.The fluidization degree of suspended carrier was the largest,the membrane activity of carrier was the largest,the MLVSS/MLSS ratio was 0.6,the fluidization degree of sinking carrier was the smallest,the membrane activity was 0.1,and the biochemical performance of suspended carrier was higher than that of sinking carrier.
