Wind energy as a clean renewable energy is the country encourages and supports the development of clean energy,but due to the lack of understanding of the impact of wind power projects on ecological environment,resulting in the wind farm construction and operation of the ecological environment had a great impact.Based on the analysis of the possible ecological and environmental impacts of the construction and operation of the project,'this paper takes the network method,the matrix method and the list of the wind power field of the representative wind farms in Liaoxi area as the research object The use of ecological impact index theory to discuss the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the ecological impact of Taijiying wind power plant index system weight,and carry out the project sustainable development degree analysis,the ecological subsystem,the economic subsystem And the social subsystem are combined into a generalized composite system,and the index system is established.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the sustainable development degree of the station.On this basis,the paper puts forward the sustainable development pattern and ecological restoration measures in western Liaoning.
