Research On The Construction Of Agricultural Ecological Environment In Xiaoyi

The nineteen major reports of the Party pointed out:"we must adhere to the policy of giving priority to conservation,giving priority to conservation and natural recovery",and form the spatial pattern,industrial structure,production mode and way of life to save resources and protect the environment.Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,and the relationship between agriculture and natural ecology is close.To protect the agricultural ecological environment is to protect the agricultural productivity,and to improve the agricultural ecological environment is to develop the productive forces.As an old brand resource-based city,Xiaoyi city is transformed from "black economy" to "green economy".The transformation is difficult and the ecological dilemma is intertwined.The industrial structure still focuses on high energy consumption and high pollution industries,and the agricultural ecological environment is still very fragile.How to strengthen the sustainable development of agriculture through the construction of agricultural ecological environment is a major problem facing the economic development and transformation of Xiaoyi city.Therefore,it is of both practical and far-reaching significance to improve the quality of agricultural ecological environment in Xiaoyi city and to develop green agriculture.The research direction of this paper is not only in accordance with the concept of green development,but also a hot topic.Through field research,data collection,literature review and data collation,we get the basic situation of Xiaoyi city's location transportation and natural resources,social and economic development level,agricultural development and farmers' income,and the status of ecological environment.After that,we draw lessons from previous research achievements to determine the principles and objectives of constructing Xiaoyi city agricultural eco environment evaluation index system,and use AHP to decompose the target level,criterion level and program level,and select index direction.4 first level indicators(ecological resource status,agricultural development level,environmental protection capacity,pollution damage degree)were selected,and 16 two level indicators were used to build the evaluation index system of agricultural eco-environment in Xiaoyi city,and the corresponding weights of each index were calculated.Through the evaluation of agricultural ecological environment in Xiaoyi city for 2012-2016 years and then calculate the comprehensive weight score,respectively-0.95,-0.17,0.21,0.12,0.80,the better the overall score,which indicates that the agricultural ecological environment quality in Xiaoyi city has improved,the Xiaoyi city agricultural comprehensive ecological environmental quality situation and trends.And from the four aspects of the total amount of ecological resources,the level of agricultural development,the ability of environmental protection and the degree of pollution destruction,we analyze the factors that affect the agricultural ecological environment in Xiaoyi city.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from four main aspects:agricultural development,environmental protection,capital investment and policy implementation.This study has practical guiding significance for the construction of agricultural ecological environment in Xiaoyi city,and provides reference for other resource-based cities of Shanxi province to develop green agriculture,hoping to promote the construction of agricultural ecology and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,do direction is theory of writing.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and the related theory,lay a theoretical foundation for the thesis writing.The third chapter is the current situation of agricultural development and ecological environment in Xiaoyi,which provides the basic situation and macro perception for the evaluation of the agricultural ecological environment in the latter part.The fourth chapter is the evaluation index system of agricultural eco-environment in Xiaoyi.The score of agricultural eco-environment evaluation in Xiaoyi is calculated,and the factors that affect the score are analyzed.The fifth chapter is to promote the Countermeasures for the construction of agricultural ecological environment in Xiaoyi.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,summing up the full text and looking forward to the future.
