Since the Bohai Sea exploratory well sea-well in the 1960 s,China's offshore oil and gas exploration technology has matured and progressed from nothing to the present.Considering the service life of offshore oil and gas exploration equipment,the current problems are the repair work of submarine oil and gas pipelines and the removal and replacement of damaged pipelines.The subject from the National Natural Science Foundation project " Study on the Steel Base Material and Wear Characteristics of Diamond Bead Cutting in Deep water Environment " regards the subsea damaged oil and gas pipe cutting and removal operations as an application background,development of automatic adjustment of the feed rate of the underwater diamond wire sawing machine for 16 "to 24" pipe of different sizes Cutting,operating depth of 500 m.The paper introduces the development and application status of diamond wire sawing machine at home and abroad and related key technologies,including the control method of the tension of the beading rope and the regulation of the feed speed,as well as the wear study of the diamond beaded rope.According to the working principle and working condition of wire sawing machine and considering the wear of diamond beaded wire rope,the paper presents an overall design proposal of underwater diamond wire sawing machine and the detailed design of its structure.The paper analyzes the cutting process of underwater diamond wire saw,and the force of beaded ropes and establishes the mechanical model of beaded ropes.According to the coupling relationship between tension and feed rate,the best cutting parameters are determined by cutting experiment,complement the design of coupled control throttles and 3D modeling..The paper sets up the fluid model of control value,determines the flow characteristics of the control valve and the relationship between the tension of the beaded rope and the flow of regulating value through the fluid simulation.The paper determines the pearl rope natural mode,through the analysis of the axial vibration of the beaded rope,the natural mode of the beaded rope is determined,and study the influence of the bellow rope vibration on the feed speed stability of the throttle valve..The paper analyzes the relationship between cutting parameters and the type of beaded rope failure,determines the influence law of the cutting parameters on the life of the beaded rope,and establishes the microscopic wear model of abrasive particles,analyzes the influence of the main factors,such as the shape,pose and position of the diamond abrasive,the height of the edge of the abrasive,the interaction between the adjacent abrasive grains and the bonding strength between the abrasive grain and the carcass.
