Research Of Packaging Food Safety Traceability System Based On Image Information Hiding Technology

With the improvement of people’s awareness of food safety,small and medium sized packaging food production enterprises urgently need a food safety traceability system to carry out anti-counterfeiting on their own products.However,there are still many problems in the construction of food safety traceability system in China’s food manufacturers,such as the lack of traceability standards,the single object of traceability,the non-standard content of the traceability information,the disunity of the coding marks,and anti-counterfeiting performance is poor.In order to solve the above problems,a design scheme of packaging food safety traceability system is proposed in this paper,the specific research contents are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem of information island in packaging food safety traceability system,a system model for tracing packaging food is proposed,and it also standardized the two-dimensional code internal information storage standard,two-dimensional code generation standard and traceability icon generation and extraction standard in order to improve the universality of the system.(2)Aiming at the problem of poor security of food safety traceability in china.In this paper,a design method of traceability icon is proposed.The use of image information hiding algorithm based on DWT,through the two-dimension code which contains the food information combine with the specific carrier icon,obtain an image with anti-counterfeiting function,as the packaging food safety traceability system’s traceability icon.(3)Based on the design of packaging food safety traceability system,through the research and development of the system’s application,the feasibility of the system from theory to technology is realized.Through the testing of the main function of the system,the functions have reached the desired results.
