Halftoning information anti-counterfeit technology is a new method which use the printing dots to implement information anti-counterfeit. This method uses a special screening algorithm to modulate continuous-tone images, and images, texts or symbol information will be embedded in halftone image,then it can achieve the function of information anti-counterfeit and information hiding.This printing anti-counterfeiting technology has no special requirements for inks and printing equipment.This article is mainly about digital inkjet printing method.So in this article,we proposed halftone screening algorithm and output printing algorithm to solve the problem of anti-counterfeit printing based on digital printing methods.First, we solved the implementation problem of halftone information hiding technology under the methods of digital printing.Second, we combine this technology and 2-dimensional bar code technology,and it can solves a defect problem that ordinary two-dimensional coding does not have anti-counterfeiting ability, so it implements the security of two-dimensional codes.Meanwhile, the two-dimensional code which was generated by this method not only have large information capacity, but its robustness and fragility can achieve a good balance and equilibrium.In this article, this new halftone anti-counterfeiting technology has outstanding advantages such as low-cost, Green and pollution-free,and it also has a good application value.
