Research On Application Of Slag In Packaging

As people living standard unceasing enhancement,the importance of health is becoming more and more high,Chinese herbal medicine health food demand is also increasing,lead to Chinese herbal medicine health food production,processing after the liquid to more and more,therefore,explore the effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine medical method and tries to use of medical resources,making it part of modernization,scale,and environmental protection industry chain is the problem to be solved.In this paper,the feasibility of the application of ganoderma powder residue and the addition and reduction of residue on the packaging was investigated by using the powder of emperor ganoderma powder as the research object.This article USES the infrared spectrum analysis,FS3000,SEM observation analysis was carried out on the liquid ingredients such as technology,by studying the medical fiber pulping process,copy and copy paper mechanical properties,understand the possibility of liquid fiber application in writing.Through the study of the properties of the mixture pretreatment and blending materials of the fermentation,water filtration,slag fiber and resin material,the possibility of the application of the slag fiber in the resin blending was studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the ingredients include cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin,amino acids,peptides,proteins,fungal lysozyme,and sugars(reducing sugars and polysaccharides).The results showed that there was a certain amount of fiber content in both the addition of the medicinal residue and the king of ganoderma,and the length of the fiber was longer and the content was higher.(2)the most suitable pulping treatment process for the drug residue fiber is the process of using a piece of rubbing silk and two segments of disc grinding(the gap is0.5mm and 0.2mm respectively).(3)the ganoderma lucidum emperor medical fibers after H2O2 bleaching,with 30%of the proportion of adding copy distribution with bamboo pulp,its mechanical performance can reach the optimal state,and whiteness of paper can meet the requirements of low degree of white paper.(4)by writing small liquid fiber application research,the proportion of added 30% to copy with bamboo pulp paper production,can be used in the production of the 350 g paper notebook cover,and satisfies the requirement of printing and use.(5)the liquid contains some sugar,before making medical fibers should be used in addition to sugar processing,with temperature 50 ?,40% humidity conditions,the fermentation time at 72 h,has a better effect.After fermentation,the residue of the powder was crushed and dried,which affected the filtration rate less than 60 eyes.(6)medical fiber through heat treatment,pretreatment agent(including silicone oil,maleic anhydride,PCTG),which includes the treatment technology of pretreatment and heat treatment + pretreatment agent,to a certain extent to ascend and mechanical properties of PP blend materials.Among them,the treatment scheme of heat treatment(treatment temperature 180,20-40min)+ pretreatment MPP(200gMPP/kg)was optimal.(7)through a small medical material polypropylene(PP)blend fiber and resin research and application of the liquid to fiber and resin blend has certain feasibility,and can satisfy the requirement of small batch production.After processing of liquid and plastic PP blend,the better mechanical properties in the premise,the liquid to fiber content in the blend material with 30% for most time,in this condition,the blending materials can meet the transportation test and drop test requirements.(8)the material mixed with PP fiber and PP is tested by a third-party testing institution to meet the safety performance requirements of related materials.
