Study On The Resource Allocation Efficiency Of Jingdezhen Ceramic Industry

The ceramic industry is the leading industry in Jingdezhen,and Jingdezhen is also famous for its ceramic industry.It was once a worldwide center of ceramic industry,and its products are sold to five continents and are well-known at home and abroad.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,Jingdezhen ceramic industry has achieved unprecedented development under the leadership of "ten porcelain factories" of leading enterprises,and formed a large-scale ceramic production pattern of "large and complete".However,after the transformation of the planned economy to the market economy,due to the inadaptability of the large ceramic factories to the market economy,the ceramic industry in Jingdezhen was restricted to the predicament and entered the long-term loss status.After a series of reforms,there has been a resurgence of growth in both foreign and domestic companies.However,the ceramic industry in Foshan,Dehua,Tangshan and other places has come to the forefront,and Jingdezhen has become a chasing role.The healthy development of the ceramic industry in Jingdezhen is inseparable from the specialized research on ceramic industry,and it will be of reference significance to study the resource allocation efficiency of ceramic industry in the policy formulation of ceramic industry.This paper collected the relevant data of the representative industry,Jingdezhen ceramic manufacturing industry,of Jingdezhen ceramic industry,using The three models of CCR,BCC and super efficiency in data envelopment analysis model(DEA)and drew the following conclusions:(1)In most years the resource allocation efficiency of above designated size enterprises of Jingdezhen ceramic industry is in the DEA effective state,and the scale can be expanded while maintaining the original efficiency;(2)The efficiency of the state-owned ceramic industry in Jingdezhen is lower than that of the whole industry.The efficiency values of each year are quite different,and there is more room for improvement in efficiency.According to the results of the model analysis,the corresponding policy Suggestions were concluded :(1)Encourage the investment in the ceramic industry and continue to expand the scale;(2)Improve the external environment of ceramics industry and further improve the efficiency of enterprises;(3)promote the reform of enterprises in the state-owned ceramic industry,so as to make them more suitable for market competition.
