Research On Eco-suitability Evaluation Of Rural Community Development

The report delivered at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to pursue a rural vitalization strategy,and put forward the five goals of building rural areas with thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,social etiquette and civility,effective governance,and prosperity.Pleasant living environments will be the direction for rural community development in China.It is a basic aspect of advancing the ecological improvements and an important manifestation of pursuing a rural vitalization strategy that we carry out evaluation of eco-suitability of human settlements,solve the green development problems in rural areas and improve the living conditions of rural population while taking into consideration the local conditions and actual developments of the different rural areas.This article aims to explore the methods to evaluate the eco-suitability of human communities suitable for the rural community development in China.In building the evaluation index system,the common features and general requirements of eco-suitability of rural communities are identified based on the feature analysis of eco-suitability of different rural community developments,and it is believed that the role of humans shall not be overlooked in the evaluation process,and the subjective perception evaluation and objective evaluation index system is built for eco-suitability evaluation of rural communities from the quantitative and qualitative perspectives respectively;and,as there are too many factors and indexes involved in eco-suitability evaluation of human settlements and there are complication connections between different indexes,the Analytic Network Process(ANP)is adopted to analyze the indexes for eco-suitability evaluation of rural communities and a corresponding network hierarchical structure model is built.In the process of evaluation method research,we adopt the Delphi method for the objective evaluation of the eco-suitability of rural community,and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method for the subjective perception evaluation of the development results of eco-suitability of rural communities.Finally,this article carried out on-spot surveillance and analysis of various rural communities by taking full advantage of the UAV-RS technology in eco-monitoring of rural communities and put forward the operability and application methods of UAV-RS technology in the eco-suitability evaluation of rural communities.
