Abstract/Summary:
Polyamide fiber is a kind of polymer with excellent properties,which is widely used in industry.The inner structure of the molecule is zigzag planar structure,which makes it have good rebound performance,and it is formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bonding connection.Due to the amide bond in polyamide molecules,it has good hydrophilicity,and the properties.Based on the excellent performance,its application field is very extensive,especially in clothing and in military industry is also used so much frequent.However,due to the high gloss of the surface of polyamide fiber,the interface between the surface and the matrix material is very weak,which greatly limits the application of polyamide fiber.Solid needs to be modified on the surface,the fiber surface is active,to expand its application areas.The use of dopamine as surface active agent,PA66 fiber as the base material,PA66 and dopamine solution at room temperature,oxygen alkaline environment with continuous surface modification,the dopamine self polymerization reaction of poly dopamine,and use its strong adsorption capacity,attached to the surface of PA66 fiber.According to the experimental process,the time and frequency regulation of PA66fiber infiltration in the dopamine in solution to control the polydopamine attached on the surface of the fiber thickness.Through the use of infrared spectrum analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,thermal stability analysis and microstructure analysis,analysis that PA66 fiber surfaces were successfully coated on a layer of uniform and dense polydopamine film,and coating the fiber crystalline structure and no change,poly(dopamine attachment also had no effect on the thermal stability,mechanical properties.While maintaining the excellent properties of the original fiber,the surface bonding properties of fiber are improved.After preparation with activity PA66@PDOPA fiber,will be the as the base material and further of the fibers were modified,using the method of electroless silver plating,conductive fiber coated in PA66@PDOPA fibers of the surface prepared PA66@PDOPA@Ag.Through X-ray diffraction analysis,thermal analysis,morphology analysis and microscopic energy spectrum analysis and preparation of conductive fiber PA66@PDOPA@Ag,have the crystalline structure of modified fiber,good thermal stability and the surface attached to the layer of conductive silver film layer.By controlling the concentration of silver nitrate and glucose concentration in electroless silver plating,silver plated layer thickness can be adjusted to.The optimal concentration of silver nitrate used in this paper is 10 g/L,the glucose concentration is 25 g/L,the corresponding line resistor is 5?/cm,and the resistivity is 8.16×10-8?.m.It has the same order of magnitude with the electrical resistivity of the silver wires which are 1.47×10-8?.m.It can improve the dielectric properties of the materials when the conductive fibers are filled in the PVDF films.Will PA66/PET composite fiber dopaminergic modification and preparation of activated PA66/PET@PDOPA fiber.By infrared spectrum analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,SEM analysis,obtained the modified composite fiber the crystal structure,thermal stability and so on were not changed.Retained its excellent performance,the surface coating of a layer of dense and uniform poly dopamine film.The electroless silver plating,and did not change the PA66/PET fiber by electroless silver plating,found through the comparison of the morphology,did not change the PA66/PET fiber surface of the silver particles is very small and distribution is very loose,and the modified fiber surface is covered with a layer of uniform and dense silver layer.Even though the surface of the composite fiber has a certain degree of roughness,the binding force of the composite fiber is low.The thickness of silver layer can be adjusted by adjusting the concentration of silver nitrate and glucose.The dielectric properties of PVDF films were effectively improved after filling into the PVDF films.
