In recent years,the problem of global warming has been increasingly growing.Because forest is one of the largest carbon library and carbon absorption on land,regulating climate to change,reducing concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere,and slowing down the greenhouse effect,which plays an important and irreplaceable role.O ur country has put the forest carbon sinks as one of the important choice in response to climate change,proposed the corresponding action plan and development goals.Approved by the state council as a national low carbon pilot Guangdong province should develop the forestry carbon sequestration.Northern Guangdong region is a key forest zone in the country,which is rich in natural resources and carbon reserves,and has a lot of room to improve forest quality and potential.However,With the reform of collective forest right system,Forest farmers have the forest management and forest land use rights as well,who are affected by factors such as technology,capital and policy.In pursuit of short-term economic benefits and the process of extensive management,they will face the conflict with the long-term ecological benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research of the forestry carbon sink trade of forest in Northern Guangdong.On one hand,the study mainly introduced the forest resource status and the actual situation of forest right distribution in Shaoguan city.It builtan essential foundation to study the development of forestry carbon sinks.At the same time,t he results showed the strategies coping with the forest carbon sequestration development in Shaoguan applying the SWOT method to analyze advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.It also included the enhancing publicity of climate change and forest carbon sequestration,the establishment of C hina Green Carbon Shaoguan Specific Fund platform and scientific and rational methods.The study constructed management metabolism based on the forest carbon sequestration market for foresters,building up the security metabolism and the scientific and reasonable calculation of the cost benefit.On the other hand,I have carried on the systematic study of forestry carbon sink trade of forest based on the research of the early stage of the project preparation,system design and forestry carbon sink monitoring method of measurement.I also choose the trading system design of the forestry carbon sink trade project of forest,including the main mechanism of participation,the trade development process and policy management research.The study I have made can be used to draft the project of Interim Measures for Farmers Forestry Carbon Sequestration Project Management and The Peasant Households Forestry Carbon Sequestration Project Management and Monitoring Handbook.Both of these documents adapt to Guangdong Province.They can be applied to provide the government for preparing policy document management of forestry carbon sequestration of forest trading.At the same time,the research of the forestry carbon sequestration monitoring methods of measurement provides thetheoretical basis and technical support for forestry carbon sink trade in designing project document(PDD)for the forest.Moreover,the study selectedsome foresters that participated in the forestry carbon sequestration of forest projects as research objects,on the base of clarifying research situation and research methods.It analyzed different modes of operation,planting patterns,density effect on the annual amount of carbon sequestration.Draw the following conclusions: Different mode of operation for plantations will have different degrees of impact of annual amount of carbon sequestration,The scientific and rational management mode has great significance for improving forest carbon capacity;the average annual amount of carbon sequestration of Cunninghamia lanceolatadecreases with the increase of planting density;the plantation tree species used Local forest farmersaresuitable for local growth,such as Cunninghamia lanceolata,Pinus elliottii×Pinus oaribaeaand pinus elliottii,the The carbon power of the tree species is roughly the same,There are no problem that different tree species choose n lead to different carbon deposits.O ne of the purposes is to publicize a higher average carbon sequestration of forest management mode,which can be adopted by the foresters to study.It can also provide scientific and reasonable management planfor the foresters with poor amount of carbon.It is important for the research to guide plantation carbon in increasing transfer management and the promotion of forestry carbon sequestration.In addition,the study made a comparison and research of the difference between the monitoring carbon sinks and forecast of Cunninghamia lanceolate,whichcould provide a scientific basis for understanding the condition of local forest management change and the amplitude of variation.
