The eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China's ecological civilization construction should be brought into the "five one" the overall arrangements for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,beautiful China clearly put forward construction,realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,highlights the strategic and fundamental position in the construction of ecological civilization.On March 8,2013,xi general secretary to attend the 12th at a meeting of the National People's Congress of jiangsu delegation review,hope the connotation of jiangsu in the first,the market,first,the ecology as a standard,make the ecological environment is getting better and better,make contributions to building beautiful China.In July 2013,jiangsu provincial party committee the 12th five times all the way to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization which deployment,issued by the CPC jiangsu provincial party committee of jiangsu province people's government on further promoting ecological civilization construction project was the first to build ecological civilization construction demonstration area of the country's opinions,formulated the "ecological civilization construction planning of jiangsu province(2013-2022),puts forward the sunan region took the lead in the ecological civilization construction demonstration area.Yanling town is located in the southwest of danyang city of jiangsu province,bordering the dantu and the golden altar.In November 2005,it was formed by the amalgamation of the town of yanling town,maixi town and xinggong town,which is one of the four ancient towns in danyang,with good economic conditions and environmental foundation.But with the development of urban industry and accelerating urbanization process,also brought some ecological environment problems,such as agricultural non-point source pollution,backward enterprise capacity excess emissions problem,garbage classification is not standard,etc.Yanling town badly needs overall planning,overall layout and sustainable development.The construction of ecological civilization is the only way for the sustainable development of yanling town.This article introduced the selected topic background,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,analyzed the connotation of ecological civilization construction and the principle,according to the present situation of Chinese town combined with national ecological civilization villages and towns,from space layout,economic development and environmental protection,infrastructure and cultural construction in five aspects,USES 21 indicators to analyze the Chinese town in the status quo of the construction of ecological civilization and current problems,and the basic conditions and construction index of Chinese town of accessibility is analyzed.Finally,in the town of Chinese ecological civilization construction situation of targeted measures:(1)the ecological space,combined with the main body function regionalization,ling town overall planning and layout was proposed ecological red lines,natural resources protection;(2)ecological industry level:preliminary planning of ecological industry,ecological agriculture and ecological services;(2)ecological environment:to clarify the protection measures based on atmosphere,water quality,solid waste,noise and environmental management;(4)infrastructure:the construction direction is given from the environment and the software and hardware of habitat;(5)the ecological culture:from the propaganda activities,services,and create a clear the specific requirements,and then gives the Chinese town of ecological civilization construction of key construction projects,to optimize Chinese town space layout,the development characteristics of the ecological industry,protect the ecological environment,infrastructure construction as a whole,and the capacity of optimizing ecological culture system 21 items of key projects,a total investment of about 2.3 billion yuan.
