Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Northern Shaanxi From The Perspective Of Green Development Concept

The history of human civilization is a history of the relationship between man and nature.Human beings create a splendid material culture while destroying the natural environment beyond natural carrying capacity,resulting in severe ecological damage.The ecological environment has gradually become a topic of common concern to the people of the world.As one of the countries of practice to adhere to the concept of green ecological development,China will always provide theoretical and action support for the construction of charismatic China.On the the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,we put forward that our country must firmly establish and carry out the five development ideas and advocate green and healthy development so as to promote the construction of beautiful China.Reviewing the development of Western China for several years,the support policy of the state to the West has made the Northern Shaanxi region develop rapidly,but the rapid economic development is facing some problems.Therefore,it is the focus of this paper to advocate the coordinated development of economic,social and ecological civilization in Northern Shaanxi under the vision of green development.The paper adopts data analysis method and individual case empirical method to combine research methods.On the basis of the interpretation of relevant concepts and theories,the present situation of ecological environment in the process of resource exploitation in Northern Shaanxi is briefly introduced,especially in Wuqi County of Yanan city as a case study,using the thought of Marx doctrine on ecological civilization,especially in the direction of the green development concept of Xi Jinping's new era,to ana-lyze and study Wuqi County.Ecological and environmental problems arising from the development of petroleum and coal resources Finally,starting from the actual situation in Wuqi County,it is suggested that Wuqi county should strengthen the foundation of the rich people in the strong county,strengthen the organization and leadership,attach importance to the construction of the ecological environment,improve the infrastructure,promote the construction of ecological civilization,carry out the new concept of green development,realize the scientific development of the county economy,and further promote the Wuqi County in the aspects of public opinion guidance and so on.The construction of ecological civilization in the process of source development.This paper focuses on Wuqi County in Yanan as a case study.Guided by the concept of Xi Jinping's new era of civilization.We always carry out the concept of green development,adhere to specific analysis principles of specific problems,find out the problems and put forward solutions to different resources industries.Make efforts to make our due contribution to the charm Wu Qi,the charm of Northern Shaanxi and even the charismatic China.
