| Guangxi Dachang polymetallic copper-zinc sulphide ore is a difficult separation copper-zinc sulphide ore.The difficulty of separation is that the ore presents combined product,fine-grained dissemination,complex dissemination,and the zinc minerals activated by copper ions can be floated like copper,thus increasing the difficulty of copper-zinc separation.Therefore,it’s great significance to seek efficient collectors.Ester collectors have a strong ability to collect chalcopyrite,and they have weaker collection power for sphalerite and pyrite.However,the chemical properties of thiaprostholate itself determine its poor low-temperature dispersion,resulting in this regents can’t be widely adopted by Plant due to the Plant Key Performance Indicator is limited by changes in ambient temperature.In this paper,a new collector called BL is synthesized by solvent synthesis,and modified thiaprostholate is used to improve low temperature dispersion.Dimethyl sulfoxide was used as a solvent,added carbon disulfide and DEA(dimethylamine)at room temperature for 35 min,add acrylonitrile heats up to 60 ℃ and stirred for 120 min to synthesize thiaprostholate collector BL.Analyze the product using infrared spectroscopy verifies that the synthetic product should be a thiaprostholate collector.The results of particle size analysis showed that the synthesis of BL is better than ester-105.The collection performances of BL and Ester-105 were systematically investigated by single mineral of chalcopyrite and marmite,the results of the single mineral flotation test showed that the comparably copper-capturing capacity of BL and esters-105 at room temperature,but BL had less regent dosage;BL has better copper-capturing capacity thanester-105 at low temperatures.A study of the role of chalcopyrite surface by used contact angle、infrared spectrum and other methods,the contact angle test shows that the effect of BL on the floatability of chalcopyrite is slightly greater than ester-105 at normal temperature conditions.The effect of BL on the floatability of chalcopyrite at low temperature is greater than ester-105,and the hydrophobicity and floatability of chalcopyrite surface are better than ester-105 after interaction with BL.Infrared spectrum analysis shows that the collector BL Adsorption of copper ions on the chalcopyrite surface,and the main active site for the adsorption of the collector BL and copper ions is Dithiocarboxyl.A small-scale separation test was conducted on the Dachang copper-zinc polymetallic sulphide ore in Guangxi,the results show that the copper grade of concentrate obtained by using BL is higher than ester-105 at room temperature,and BL has a good selectivity for copper collection;The flotation performance of BL is better than ester-105 at a low temperature,and the dosage of ester-105 is higher;with particle size-0.074 mm accounts for 85%,BL dosage 60 g/t,lime 2000 g/t,zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite 2400 g /t,2# oil40 g/t,after 1 rough 2 cleaner 2 sweep flotation,the concentrate copper grade is 18.73%,the recovery is 83.63%,the zinc grade is 7.85%,the recovery is 3.75%. |
