| Copper and zinc ore resources are the important strategic metal resources related to national and socio-economic development,and can be used in many fields of national economic production.Whereas the insufficient supply of copper and zinc resources has become an important problem restricting the development of national economy.The polymetallic sulfide ore resources bearing copper,lead and zinc in China possess greater reserves,are comparatively abundant and widely distributed,concentrated in Tibet,Yunnan,Gansu,Sichuan and other places.However,the flotation beneficiation of polymetallic sulfide ores is still a complicated problem in mineral processing.At present,there are two main treatment schemes:one is to produce the low-quality mixed concentrate by mixed flotation,which improves the total flotation recovery,yet the difficulties in smelting are increased;Another is to respectively produce the copper concentrate and zinc concentrate by flotation separation,whereas copper-zinc includes each other seriously in concentrates,a great waste in copper-zinc resources and a low efficiency in the comprehensive utilization of copper-zinc resources are consequently caused.Based on this,this paper proposes to systematically study the efficient separation process of copper zinc sulfide minerals,which is conducive to improve the utilization rate of Complex Polymetallic Copper Zinc Sulfide Ores in China,and is undoubtedly an important supplement to the consumption of copper and zinc metals in China.This thesis selects the high zinc refractory copper zinc sulfide ore in Dongchuan,Yunnan Province as the research object.Firstly,the ore properties such as element composition,mineral occurrence state,ore structure and embedding characteristics,and so on of the copper-zinc ore were investigated through the study of ore process mineralogy.The ore is complex in structure and has numerous conjoined bodies,meanwhile the minerals of uneven disseminated particle size in this ore are often wrapped each other and mutual doping,which makes it difficult to separate copper and zinc.Secondly,the reasonable flotation flowsheet and reagent system were established by the systematical investigation of the influence of key factors such as flotation reagent system,flotation flowsheet,ore particle size and flotation time on flotation indexes,and the satisfactory flotation indexes were also obtained.The grade of copper,zinc and silver in ore is 0.64%,6.21%,and 13.62g/t,respectively,and the"float copper but depress zinc"preferential flotation flowsheet was adopted in this work.In copper circulation stage,one roughing and one scavenging were first performed,then the obtained coarse copper concentrates were reground,cleaned twice and fine-scavenged once,but in zinc circulation stage,one roughing,one scavenging,and two cleaning were performed.When the mesh-of-grind was 80%under the order of-0.074mm,in copper circulation stage,lime was used to adjust pulp p H,Zn SO4was combined with Na2S2O5to depress zinc,simultaneously Z-200 and terpineol oil were respectively used as collector and frother;in zinc circulation stage,Cu SO4was used as activator,isobutyl xanthate and terpineol oil were respectively used as collector and frother.From the small-scale flotation tests,it can gain a copper concentrate which the grade of copper,zinc and silver is 27.87%,5.41%and318.12g/t,respectively,meanwhile the recovery of copper,zinc and silver is75.17%,1.53%and 41.64%,respectively;it can also gain a zinc concentrate which the grade of copper,zinc and silver is 1.03%,49.23%and 30.25g/t,respectively,meanwhile the recovery of copper,zinc and silver is 18.88%,94.48%and 26.56%,respectively.Further investigation in this work shows that the combined use of sodium humate and lime can reduce the used dosage of lime and improve the recovery of silver. |
