MGCS31 mobile garbage compression station is a kind of special sanitation vehicle,whose structural performance is the key to the whole vehicle design,that can be used for compressing,storaging and transporting garbage.In order to improve the product competitiveness,a domestic engineering machinery group design and develop MGCS31 mobile garbage compression station cooperates with Yanshan University together.This paper mainly undertakes the research work of developing pressure distribution model for the container,analysing and optimizing the structure of MGCS31 mobile garbage compression station.First,this paper summarizes the development present situation of the garbage compression station and research background of the project,and analyzes the actual force situation of the container of MGCS31 mobile garbage compression station under full load compression condition.And then,we determine the form of the actual force under compression condition on the basis of the Eggshell pressure distribution model proposed by professor Chen Shuxun,and the initial pressure distribution model for the container of MGCS31 mobile garbage compression station is derived.Next,the stress experiment of the container under compression condition is tested,and the actual pressure distribution is obtained;from which we can determine the reasonable parameters of pressure distribution model with repeated trials.After that,the parameterized finite element model of the whole vehicle is established based on APDL parametric modeling language of ANSYS,and the mathematical model of the working process of the feeding device is deduced.The finite element calculation results of each hinge point are extracted and compared with those of analytical theory.The theor etical results are basically consistent with those of finite element analysis.And the final pressure distribution model of the container is applied to the finite element model to optimize the device’s structure.At last,the structural weight reduction optimization of mobile garbage compression station is completed under the condition of satisfying structure strength and the weight reduction is 8.4%.The structural weight reduction scheme has been adopted by the manufacturer.
