Research On The Influence Of Technological Innovation Ability On Environmental Performance

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China affirmed the tremendous achievements China has made in economic construction and improvement of people's lives.However,with the continuous advancement of China's industrialization process,the continuous development of the economy will inevitably be accompanied by a large amount of resources and consumption,and it will also bring about The massive discharge of pollutants has brought tremendous pressure on the environmental carrying capacity under economic growth.How to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society has become a global concern.The problem of environmental pollution brought about by the extensive growth of “high energy consumption,high pollution,and low output” has not been effectively controlled and regulated,then the relationship between the economy and the environment will become increasingly acute,while China's development strategy with innovation drives development.The proposal puts forward a bridge of friendship between the economy and the environment.Technological innovation has become a key link for realizing a win-win situation between the economy and the environment.At the same time,China has proposed the construction of ecological civilization in the form of green innovation at the 19 th National Congress.Promote economic and social progress.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the influence relationship between technological innovation and environmental performance.For this reason,this paper takes 30 provinces and cities as the research subjects,and studies the relationship between technological innovation and environmental performance.At the same time,combining the actual situation of China's development,it proposes practical and feasible suggestions for technological innovation and environmental governance.This article focuses on the core of the research on the role of technological innovation capabilities in improving environmental performance and how to achieve environmental governance and improvement through technological innovation capabilities.The empirical analysis of the relationship between technological innovation capabilities and environmental performance was conducted by collecting ten years of panel data from 30 provinces and cities.This article first systematically explains the mechanism of the impact of technological innovation capabilities on environmental performance on the basis of theory,then analyzes the status quo of the relationship between China's technological innovation capability and environmental performance,and then uses panel data to empirically test the technological innovation capability of environmental performance.In terms of the degree of influence,this article divides technological innovation into three phases,technological innovation input,technological innovation process,and technological innovation results.The specific technological innovation capabilities in these three phases are technological innovation input capabilities,diffusion of technological innovation diffusion,and technological innovation.Output capacity,through empirical research on the impact of the three capabilities on environmental performance,and comparing the impact of the three capabilities on environmental performance,analyzes,and divides the three major regions in China,demonstrating that different regions have the ability to The effect of environmental performance.As a result,it was found that whether the technological innovation input capability or the technological innovation output capability or the technological innovation diffusion capability has a positive effect on China's environmental performance,it shows that the technical innovation contributes to the reduction of pollutants to a certain extent,and different regional technologies The impact of innovation on environmental performance is different,but it has a positive effect on the improvement of environmental performance.Finally,by analyzing the empirical results,according to the actual situation,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
