Wood processing industry is an industry involved in dust hazard.If the wood dust produced in the course of operation is not timely and effectively disposed,it will seriously threaten the health and safety of the employees.As a kind of widely applied equipment in woodworking processing industry,woodworking router and milling machine owns some features like high produced dust concentration,nonstandard management,and so forth.However,people now still have a vague recognition on the dust movement and its distribution of this post,meanwhile,the dust removal technology development of this post still remains in the experience stage.Therefore,there are many problems in the dust removal equipment of router operation such as random set,unsatisfactory dust removal effect,and so on,which brought great hidden trouble to the safe and stable operation of the post.Therefore,the research on the characteristics and distribution of the dust produced in this post plays a great significance on the protection of dust control and operation personnel of router operation.The characteristic and influence factors of dust produced in the router working operation,and dust distribution under different dust removal conditions are studied based on the theory analysis,mix method of numerical simulation and on-site measurement,as well as using the CFD software,the model of gas-solid two-phase flow and the DPM discrete phase model.Now taken the router post of some wood processing enterprise in Harbin as an example,testing the on-site dust concentration and the specific work are as follows:1.Make a summary on the current research status of wood dust at home and abroad,the research status of numerical simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow and the research status of wood dust control technology,and the research contents and methods of this paper are determined;2.Make a research on the basic characteristic and influence factors of the produced dust of router dust operation.According to the theory of gas-solid twophase flow,the force analysis of the dust is developed,then to establish the equation of router dust motion,and to analyze the movement and dispersion of dust;3.With the CFD software,the numerical simulation compute model of router operation is established,then make a simulation comparison of the dust distribution under condition of different wood properties and different cutting speed to analyze the factors influence on the dust distribution;to do the simulation of dust removal facilities in different wind speed,different position and different angles,dust concentration changes after a certain time and different parameters on dust control effect are acquired;4.Develop the on-site measurement on the dust concentration of the router operation post to obtain some related data,such as the dust concentration and dispersion degree.By the contrast of the actual test and the simulation data,the related rule of the dust distribution of router operating is acquired.Based on the numerical simulation and on-site measurement on the dust movement of the router operation,the dust distribution is concluded,the factors affecting the dust distribution is analyzed,and dust removal effect is studied under three kinds of dust removal conditions,which provide some theoretical reference for the dust government in this post,and put forward reference for dust research of other woodworking equipment.
