From the production process to the selling process,a good cannot be a good without packaging.At the same time,the packaging cannot do without package printing.No matter for the sellers or the goods themselves,the packaging plays a vital role in terms of goods protection and beautifying,even higher the additional value during the circulation line.With the improvement of living standards,people gradually began to pursue the spiritual satisfaction after they can meet food and clothing.At that time,those novel and unique design of goods packing appear in real.Both in order to occupy an important place in marketing and enhance the core competitiveness of their goods,the seller pay more attention to the packaging design rather than the goods' quality.The marketing sales,the advantages and disadvantages of competing products should be deeply investigated by the designer so that the core breakthrough point of the products can be found out.However,such profit-push leads to an over-packing problem invisibly,which harms the rights of consumers seriously,even is detrimental to social development.Nowadays,aimed at solving this problem,a series of rules and regulations have been worked out in this regard both at home and abroad.Fortunately,except small parts of goods-packing,the over-packing phenomenon has been diminished since those related law were implemented.In order to do the further analysis about this problem,the author organized this dissertation in the form of investigation report which was done from both economy and design aesthetics perspectives.The moon cake packaging was selected as the typical case in this analysis.And the methods of statistic analysis,theoretical research and market survey are adopted in the research as well.Because of the selling timeliness,the research objects are selected from some shopping centers in Hongshan District,Wuhan Province,such as Zhongbai and Wushang from 2014 to 2015.This dissertation covers some parts of chapters.The first chapter is about the introduction of the research,which includes the research objects,research background and its significance.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of moon cake in Wuhan.According to the packing grade of those moon cakes,the author does a contrast analyzed in terms of the packaging materials,packaging technology,cost and selling price in order to finger out the current situation of moon cake packaging in Wuhan.Based on integrating objective data about moon cake gift package,the author illustrates the over-packing problem from the reasonable design.In the view of vision expression form,the visual form and usage mode are analyzed emphatically which are combines with the specific packing case.The fourth chapter is the investigation about the consumers' attitude toward moon cake gift packing.Many targeted questions are lying in the survey which is helpful to investigate costumers' attitude to moon cake gift packing and add the arguments as well.the cause of such over-packing will be illustrated in chapter five.What's more,combined with economic and designed factors,For the last chapter,With the help those previous analysis,the author finds out the results of the over-packing and the future trend of packing.So the idea of simplifying the packing should be came up with in order to solve this problem.In addition,a good packing designer had better follow the principle of design which emphasis the preference of costumers.Integrating the economic factor with designed factor together is also essential for the designer to create the packing which is practical and enjoyable.
