In recent years, people have become increasingly aware of the difference in psychological and functionality of textiles. In order to meet people's requirements for the wrinkle resistance of textiles and garments, some scholars in the printing and dyeing industry have conducted a lot of research on the synthesis and application of acrylic copolymer elastic emulsions;however, there have been some problems when applying it to fabric coatings. This topic is based on the current research status of textile crease-preventing finishing and elastic finishing.According to the principle of emulsion polymerization, the diene polymer of the polyether structure is introduced by adjusting the emulsion formulation and optimizing the synthesis process, and the disadvantages of the acrylic emulsion elastomer emulsion are improved.A polyether modified acrylate elastomer emulsion with macromolecular linear structure is prepared and applied it to the elastic finishing of cotton fabrics.Get the following results:Synthesis of polyether modified acrylate elastic emulsion. In this study, the ratio of polyether modified acrylate monomer is 25/70,and the mass ratio of acrylate MMA/BA is 42/28.When the molecular weight of diene polymer is selected as PPG-1000,the amount of acrylamide is 5 %,and the amount of emulsifier is 4.5 %-5 %,the prepared emulsion has a smaller particle size, and the dispersion stability of the emulsion is better. In addition, the formed latex film is smooth and there is no problem of brittle and sticky. At the same time, the latex film has good flexibility and elastic recovery ability with the elongation at break is 330 %.It satisfies the experimental requirements of the subject and has an ideal application effect on the subsequent elastic finishing of cotton fabrics.Study on application ofpolyether modified acrylate emulsion to cotton fabrics.Comparison of the effect of elastic finishing on cotton knitted fabrics: In combination with emulsion and film properties,it was determined that macromolecule polyols used PPG-1000,the ratio of polyether modified acrylate monomer was 25/70,and the mass ratio of acrylate MMA/BA was 28/42.This kind of elastic emulsion can effectively improve the elastic recovery ability of the cotton knitted fabric, and the wrinkle recovery angle is increased by about 80° compared with the original fabric, the snapping recovery angle is increased by approximately 50°,and the recovery rate of the slow rebound is increased by 40°.When the synthetic polyether modified acrylate emulsion was used to finish the cotton fabric, the finishing agent dosage is preferably 50-70 g/L,130-140 °C is the optimum baking temperature, and the optimum baking time is 3 min.Study on application performance of self-made polyurethane modified acrylic elastic emulsion combined with amino resin finishing cotton fabrics. The elastic finishing of cotton fabrics was investigated by studying the amount of composite finishing agent, the different mass ratio of synthesized polyether modified acrylate ester and resin finishing agent;the experiment showed that the optimum amount of composite finishing agent was 50 g/L and the ratio of the finishing agent to the resin finishing agent CR-E is 1:5.The elastic agent can significantly improve the wrinkle-resistance and elasticity of the cotton fabric. The wrinkle recovery angle is increased by approximately 110° over the original fabric, the snapback angle is increased by approximately 60°,and the creep recovery angle is increased by 50°.At the same time, the breaking strength of the cotton fabric increases by approximately 30 N and the elongation at break increases by 10 mm.
