In order to improve the wrinkle-prone characteristics of cotton fabrics,and respond to the ecological awareness of the global return to nature and environmental protection in the new era,the dyeing and finishing industry is striving to develop green and pollution-free finishing technologies in order to improve the elasticity of cotton fabrics while retaining its original naturalness.Silicone finishing agents have various excellent physical and chemical properties.As a coating finishing of fabrics,they can give fabrics a better style and feel,but it is difficult to achieve anti-wrinkle effects with silicone alone.Therefore,this topic uses4,4-dia-mino-p-phenylene disulfide(AFD)and double-ended epoxy silicone oil for cross-linking to obtain a silicone elastomer with high cross-linking density,the synthesis process is also green and pollution-free.The presence of disulfide bonds in the system are temperature-responsive,and the preparation of emulsions and finishing on the fabric can give the fabric a certain degree of shape memory function.Based on the above ideas,this article first explores the feed ratio of4,4-dia-mino-p-phenylene disulfide(AFD)and double-ended epoxy silicone oil and the reaction conditions for crosslinking and curing,and test the mechanical properties of the successfully prepared silicone elastomer,select the reaction feed ratio with the best elastic effect for the preparation of silicone resin pre-emulsion;optimize the emulsification process to prepare a silicone resin pre-emulsion with stable properties,and study the best finishing process and elastic effect for cotton woven fabric finishing,as well as the shape memory function of the disulfide bond in the system to give the fabric;design cotton knitted fabrics with different structure parameters,and explore the influence of the cross effect of the silicone resin emulsion and the fabric structure on the elastic properties of the cotton knitted fabric.The following research results are obtained:(1)Reducing the AFD feed ratio can increase the chemical crosslinking density of the reactants,form a macromolecular network structure,and effectively improve the mechanical properties of the material.When the P410-108 A silicone elastomer is stretched to 120% by force,the stress reaches 2.834 MPa,and the deformation can be recovered by 99.59% after the external force is removed,and the slow spring recovery stage accounts for 18.9%.(2)The best emulsification process for silicone resin prepolymer is: cationic surfactant602G: non-ionic surfactant 1305=0.8:9.2,emulsifier dosage 26.67%,emulsification temperature80 ?,emulsification time 30 min,PH=5?5.5.The particle size of the R108-A silicone resin pre-emulsion is 241.2 nm,the PDI value is 0.218,and the Zeta potential is 47.1,the particle size of the emulsion is small and stable in storage.baking temperature is 150 ?,the baking time is 4?6 min,and the amount of finishing agent is 30g/L,the elastic recovery angle of cotton fabric reaches 144.6°,52.4° higher than the original fabric,and 44.6° of the slow spring recovery part,which is 9.3° higher than the original fabric.After finishing,the breaking strength of the fabric is increased by about 400 N,the whiteness is reduced,and the hand feels smooth and smooth.(4)After baking at 85 °C for 10 minutes,the U-shaped opening length of the fabric after finishing with R108-A silicone resin pre-emulsion is 0.31 cm shorter than the original fabric,which has a certain degree of shape memory function.(5)The data of fabric wrinkle recovery angle shows that the concentration of finishing agent and fabric structure have a cross effect on the elasticity of cotton knitted fabrics.When the finishing agent concentration is 30 g/L,the total tightness parameters of the finishing agent and the plain weave and 2/1 twill samples have a synergistic effect on the elasticity of the fabric.The total recovery angle of the plain weave A3 sample reaches 223°,which is 20° higher than the original cloth,in which the slow-bounce recovery stage increases by 10°;the rapid bounce process of the 2/1 twill B2 sample is about 50° higher than the original fabric,and the slow-bounce recovery stage increases by 10°;However,the total tightness parameters of the five 3-fly satin samples have a negative correlation with the elasticity of the fabric.After finishing,the total recovery angle of the fabric gradually increases with the increase in the total tightness.The C4 total recovery angle has the largest increase,which is 36.8° higher than the original fabric,and the recovery phase of the slow spring takes about 2?3°.When the concentration of the finishing agent reaches 90 g/L,the rapid recovery angle of the three fabrics is lower than that of the original fabric,and the recovery stage of the slow spring has a slight increase,about 3?12°.
