With the rapid development of Chinese medicine, the pollution of Chinese herbal residues and other organic wastes has been aggravated and become a bottleneck for the development of Chinese medicine enterprises. At present, aerobic fermentation is the most important way to realize the harmless and resource utilization of organic wastes such as traditional Chinese medicine residue. It can not only solve the environmental pollution problems of Chinese traditional medicine residue, but also have important significance for the development of organic manure and the sustainable development of agriculture. In this study,to achieve the purpose of industrialized production of organic manure from the point of resource utilization of traditional Chinese medicine residue. This study has studied the screening of aerobic fermentation bacteria of traditional Chinese medicine slag, the optimization of the industrial fermentation conditions of organic manure and the fertilizer efficiency test of the organic fertilizer of traditional Chinese medicine residue, which provide scientific basis for necessary technological parameters and fertilizer utilization for the large-scale treatment of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine residue. The main results are as follows:1 Through the screening of compounded inoculants, the best inoculant of Chinese medicine residue is No.4 microbial agent was determined.Optimized the fermentation process. In the basis of single factor test, investigated the interaction between various factors.Through orthogonal test make sure the optimum fermentation technological parameters, that is,water content was 65%,carbon and nitrogen ratio 30:1,Turn the pile up 4d/times,inoculation amount of 3.5 per thousand;2 Through the pot fertilizer experiment ofChinese cabbage,it found that the organic application of traditional Chinese medicine residue not only promoted the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage, but also increased the soil nutrient content.Compared with the inorganic fertilizer treatment, through the treatment of combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizer the activities of organic and inorganic soil catalase, urease, neutral phosphatase and sucrase in the whole growth period of Chinese cabbage were increased 9.28~38.79%,7.66~28.73%,2.57~34.84 and 9.81~23.53%respectively.In the mature period of Chinese cabbage, the total nitrogen and alkali hydrolysable nitrogen content were increased 10.67%and 9.53%,respectively.The organic fertilizer of Chinese medicinal residue and its application with inorganic fertilizer compare with the pure inorganic fertilizer treatments, the soluble sugar were higher6.12%and 12.24%respectively,and the other quality indexes, such as the content of VC,were all the effect of combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizer is better. The organic fertilizer of Chinese medicine residue has a better function in coordinating the yield and quality relationship of Chinese cabbage and improving soil fertility.3 Through the field fertilizer experiment of rice,it found that compared with CK treatmentthe yield and biomass of rice under the treatment of combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizer were 7283kg/hm~2 and 13698kg/hm~2,respectively,increased 145.96%and 178.08%,respectively.And the effective panicle number, grain number per panicle and 1000 grain weight were 332.5*104/hm~2,80.4 grain and 28.1g respectively.Compared with the inorganic fertilizer, under the treatment of combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizer the organic and inorganic application of rice increased 2.8,0.6,2.5 percentage points respectively, and the chalkiness and chalkiness rate were 4.2 and 0.4 percentage points respectively.Combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizer can significantly increase the content of total nitrogen, alkali hydrolysable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil of 0~15cm,the content were 1.3g/kg,21.6mg/kg,79.3mg/kg and 226.1mg/kg,respectively,2.2,2.6,10.6 and 3.5 times respectively of CK treatment.Although the soil nutrient content in the plow bottom(15~30cm)soil has a certain improvement effect, but the difference is It's not obvious.
