The Study On Rural Environmental Governance In Sheyang County Of Jiangsu Province

In recent years,the development of rural social and economic development is good,the country has promulgated a number of benefiting agricultural policies,which greatly promoted the development of the rural social and economic development,the rural productivity has been greatly improved,and the quality of the farmers' life has also improved.However,the problems of environmental pollution in rural areas are becoming more and more prominent,although the relevant governance measures have been implemented,but they have not been completely expected.This has brought obstacles to the development of rural social economy,and has become one of the main factors that restrict the healthy development of rural economy.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive management of the rural environment and improve the awareness of environmental protection and the level of technology in rural areas.This paper adopts the methods of field investigation,literature research,comparative study etc.,analyzes the current situation of rural environmental pollution in Sheyang County of Jiangsu Province,pointed out that the rural environmental problems mainly in the deterioration of the residents' living environment in some regions,the destruction of the ecological water resources in some regions,and the existence of some defects in the governance behavior of the rural environment etc..At the same time,the paper analyzes the specific causes of pollution in rural areas is still higher than the economic benefits of environmental protection,sometimes part of the Village Grassroots limited financial resources,farmers' environmental awareness is not strong,the production mode of rural life is relatively backward,and combined with the status of Sheyang county environmental governance,discusses the countermeasures and construction of rural environmental governance in Sheyang County,including the construction of security system,improve the management mechanism,formed to build the pattern etc..In short,the environmental governance in Sheyang county is not only related to the quality of life of the local people,but also to the development level of the local rural economy.It also affects the overall situation of the city's prosperity and stability to acertain extent,which is of great significance for the construction of the provincial ecological civilization.I hope this study can provide a certain reference value for improving the level of rural environmental governance in Sheyang county.
