| In recent years, the weather of air pollution in China is frequent. The pollution of the atmosphere has become one of the hot issues that the media and the people pay most attention to.The petrochemical industry is the representative of the traditional industry, and it is also one of the key industries for the emission of volatile organic compounds. The problem of the pollution of volatile organic compounds is also attracting more and more attention. This paper focuses on the pollution of volatile organic compounds in the industrial production of petrochemical industry and its control and control problems. The details are as follows.First of all,the emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds in a typical petrochemical enterprise were studied. The volatile organic compounds produced during the production process were mainly derived from 10 links, such as process waste gas, equipment leakage, storage and transportation, loading and unloading.Out of two ways through organized and unorganized ways. The emissions of VOCs in the enterprise were estimated. The results showed that the leakage rate of equipment leakage accounted for32% of the total volume, which is much higher than that of other links, and should be the key control object. At the same time, from the two aspects of detection and treatment, the control measures of volatile organic compounds were studied, and the non methane total hydrocarbon concentrations in key points and plant boundaries of the petrochemical industry were analyzed. It is found that the concentration of volatile organic compounds around the main production equipment is high, and the main source is the leakage of equipment and pipelines.Considering the requirements of resource recovery and pollutant discharge, the control of equipment leakage should be based on source control measures.Leakage detection and repair technology(LDAR)is the most efficient and mature management technology for this link. The application results of LDAR technology are verified by case analysis. After the application of LDAR technology, the 1 sets of ethylene production units with 200 thousand tons per year can reduce the emissions of volatile organic compounds by about10 tons each year.It not only greatly reduces the pollution caused by volatile organic compounds to the atmosphere, but also can effectively reduce the economic loss caused by material leakage.Through the optimization of the detection method,it can also solve the problem of high workload and high cost of manpower and material resources. Finally, the combination of LDAR technology and automation, unmanned and intelligent technology is prospected and discussed.Through the above research,a set of solutions for the pollution of volatile organic compounds in the petrochemical industry is formed.Taking the unorganized emission part as the main control object and taking the LDAR technology as the main means. It can provide reference and reference for the management and control of volatile organic compounds in other petrochemical enterprises. |
