Hebi City,Henan Province,is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains and is one of the cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei atmospheric transmission channel.In recent years,with the aggravation of the combined pollution characterized by fine particulate matter(PM2.5)and ozone?O3?in the entire Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Hebi City is also facing problems such as the huge pressure of improving PM2.5 pollution and ozone exceeds the standard year by year.As an important precursor for the formation of ozone and fine particles,VOCs have a very important impact on the quality of the atmospheric environment,and have become the key pollutants in China's"13th Five-Year Plan".In addition,VOCs can produce a variety of toxic effects on human body,which can seriously threaten human health.The emission source list is the basis for effective control of atmospheric pollutant emissions.The establishment of Hebi City VOCs emission source list can provide a scientific basis for local governments to carry out VOCs control.This paper comprehensively adopts multi-disciplinary methods to conduct research,and obtain localization activity levels and emission factors through field research,on-site exploration and sampling analysis,and integrates environmental statistics,yearbook data,expert consultation and other means to establish a local VOCs emission activity level database and emission factor database.According to the"Technical Guidelines for the Preparation of Emission Inventory of Atmospheric Volatile Organic Compounds?Trial?",a four-level classification system for localized VOCs emission source was established,and establish a high-temporal resolution VOCs emission source list of Hebi City covering eight types of pollution sources.It can provide scientific support for local air pollution control and lay a solid foundation for studying pollution source emission characteristics and changes.The research results show that the total amount of VOCs discharged from Hebi City in2017 is 9401.57 tons.From the largest to the smallest,the emission sources of various emission sources are the process source?3052.48 tons?,the mobile source?2712.76 tons?,the solvent source?1447.10 tons?,Catering fume?576.01 tons?,fossil fuel fixed combustion source?539.40tons?,storage and transportation source?515.74 tons?,biomass burning source?485.44 tons?and waste treatment source?72.64 tons?.Hebi City's emission source list was distributed to grids of 500m×500m by using ArcGIS,and the spatial emission characteristics were obtained:the discharge of VOCs in Hebi City is concentrated and coincides with the location of industrial clusters in various counties,and the high emission value appears in the northwest.In Hebi City,the discharges from the districts in2017 were from Xunxian?3137.36 tons?,Shanchengqu?1474.55 tons?,Qibinqu?1190.10 tons?,Qixian?929.86 tons?and Heshanqu?501.3456 tons?.The contribution to total VOCs emissions was 43.37%,20.39%,16.45%,12.86%,and 6.93%,respectively.The process source has a significant impact on the total emissions of Xunxian,Shanchengqu and Heshanqu,contributing close to or even exceeding 50%.Metallurgical building materials is the industry with the largest emissions in Hebi City?1527.71 tons?,accounting for 41.64%of emissions,followed by rubber plastics?690.60 tons?and pharmaceutical chemicals?581.59 tons?,accounting for 18.82%and15.85%respectively.The textile industry is the industry with the smallest emissions of VOCs?13.02 tons?,accounting for only 0.3%of total emissions.Based on the above research,from the goal of improving PM2.5 and O3 environment,Hebi City should strictly control the enterprises which are distributed in the VOCs emission high-value area in the northwest,especially Henan Yuhe Tongli Cement Co.,Ltd.and Henan Tongli Cement Co.,Ltd.;from the perspective of industry emission intensity,it should be controlled for non-metallic mineral products industry,rubber and plastic products industry,chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing,electric heat production and supply industry;from the perspective of the emission intensity of each emission source,the process source should be controlled,especially the process source in Jixian County.
