The printing technology of the textile industry has entered the digital printing mode from the traditional printing mode,and the digital printing is divided into the reciprocating movement of the nozzle along the X direction,the scanning digital printing of the substrate moving in the Y direction and the Z direction of the nozzle,the substrate Single PASS digital print that moves continuously in the X direction.The single PASS digital printing mode substrate has continuous high-speed motion and stable motion speed,and has high requirements for ink jetting position and ink jet timing,but the printing speed is faster than the scanning digital printing speed.To this end,this paper intends to study the key technologies of digital printing mechanical structure system,electrical control system,tension control system,ink drop motion compensation,etc.,and develop a small single PASS digital printing machine.The specific arrangements are as follows:In the first chapter,comprehensively discusses the current research status and research results of digital printing machines at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional printing technology,scanning digital printing technology and single PASS digital printing technology,and outlines the tension control technology and Predictive theoretical research,the main research content of this paper is proposed.In the second chapter,analyzes the printing principle and work flow of digital printing,and further compares the printing principle and characteristics of scanning digital printing and single PASS digital printing;according to the precision requirements,speed requirements and cost requirements of single PASS digital printing,etc.Its overall design.The transmission structure of the single PASS digital printing machine,the structure of the double bottom roller,the design of the printing unit and the design of the electrical control system were completed.In the third chapter,in order to solve the problem of speed change during the movement of the substrate,the errors in the movement of the substrate are analyzed from the two aspects of the tension of the substrate and the friction of the feeding mechanism,and the equation of motion of the paper-feeding mechanism is established.The Runge Kutta method is solved.Using the tension sensor to obtain the actual tension value of the substrate in real time,an adaptive motorspeed compensation method based on fuzzy PID is established,which realizes the constant movement speed of the substrate.In the fourth chapter,the position of the substrate and the accuracy of the nozzle ejection timing will affect the printing accuracy.According to the experimental observation of the drop point of the ink droplets,the Kalman filter is used to predict the ink droplet trajectory,and the injection timing is predicted and compensated,further improving.Print accuracy.In the fifth chapter,summarizes the paper and looks forward to further work.
