This paper carried out the research on the deep drawing of aluminum alloy with vibrational binder.In actual production,one kind of material has its own range of ultimate drawing coefficient.Multi-step drawing is needed when ultimate drawing coefficient is lower than the allowed minimum value.Multi-step drawing increases not only the cost but also the corresponding processing time.Small ultimate drawing coefficient can reduce working steps,however,when the ultimate drawing coefficient is too small,it is likely that the side wall of parts are thinning heavily or crack occurs in the process of deep drawing.In order to reduce the steps in deep drawing process and save production time,this paper studied the influence of vibrational binder in the forming process of deep drawing,and we draw the conclusion that vibrational binder technology could decrease the ultimate drawing coefficient of sheets.Through the analysis and verification experiment we come to the conclusion that in the process of deep drawing with the help of vibrational binder,the ultimate drawing coefficient of sheet metal could be reduced from 0.52 to 0.50,and the thinning rate of sheet metal could reduce by 2%also.In this paper,Dynaform,developed for sheet metal forming,is used to conduct the design of mold and simulate the deep drawing process of sheet metal and then the corresponding verification experiment is carried out.It is necessary to measure the mechanical parameters of the subject sheet metal that used in this paper before the simulation.In this paper,various parameters that needed in the simulation were measured by the tensile test and the experimental method combined with it.The simulation technology of deep drawing of sheet metal needs theoretical basis.The main material models,unit types and contact friction theory were discussed in detail for better deep drawing simulation.To study the influence of vibrational binder on the forming limit of deep drawing,our first step is simulation without vibrational binder,the data obtained are used as control group.Then another group of data is obtained by simulation analysis with the participation of vibration binder.The influence of vibration binder on deep drawing is valued by comparing with the data of control group.Finally,corresponding experiments were carried out to verify the correctness of the simulation.The process of deep drawing is a complicated forming process.There are often more than one factors affecting the forming quality in the process of deep drawing.After make sure that the influence of vibrational binder on the quality of deep drawing parts is positive,we studied the influence degree of each factor by orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels,then optimal combination is selected by taking the advantage of range analysis.
