| Establishing a quality management system for party building work is the need for the party organizations of state-owned enterprises to play a leading role and a political core role.Strengthening the party’s leadership over state-owned enterprises and exerting the leading core and political core role of the party organization of enterprises is an inevitable requirement for adhering to the socialist system and an important part of upholding the party’s leadership.Under the conditions of the modern enterprise system,how to maintain this important principle of state-owned enterprises faces many new situations,new problems and new challenges.It is urgent to introduce advanced management ideas and improve management level,while the quality management system of party building work is innovating in ideas and ideas.Innovation,management innovation,mechanism innovation and other aspects can effectively strengthen party leadership and provide political guarantee for the development of enterprises.Enterprises must have long-term development ideas and broad strategic vision.While busy with production,management,and reform,they should always establish a concept.In today’s socialist market economy,companies must develop better,faster,and healthier.It is imperative to advance economic work and strengthen the party’s construction,so that we can go hand in hand,support each other,promote each other,and complement each other.Only by unswervingly doing a good job in party building in enterprises can we unite the wisdom of the whole family and seek faster development,so that enterprises can stand in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce market competition.The party’s construction is a unique political resource of China’s state-owned enterprises and a key factor in realizing the scientific development of enterprises.Since the application of the quality management system in the construction of state-owned enterprises(referred to as state-owned enterprises)in 2002(referred to as party building),the results have been remarkable,and the praise has been continuous,but it has not been widely promoted and applied.There are many reasons for this.The quality management system introduces the development process of state-owned enterprise party building,summarizes the current mode of application of the quality management system in the party building of state-owned enterprises and the bottlenecks it faces,and analyzes the achievements and existing problems in theoperation process with realistic cases.And find out the cause of the problem,and according to its reasons,put forward suggestions for improving the application of quality management system in the party building of state-owned enterprises.Finally,combined with the previous research results,I propose innovative ideas for the application of the quality management system of state-owned enterprises to build quality management for the future party building.The system provides a lot of inspiration for the widespread promotion of state-owned enterprises across the country. |
