Research On Standardized Management Of Production Safety In State-owned Enterprises From The Perspective Of Government Supervision

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of its comprehensive national strength,the Party and the government have been paying more and more attention to safety issues in all fields and at all levels,and constantly strengthening government supervision of production safety through policy guidance and administrative constraints.Under the promotion and supervision of the Work Safety Commission of the State Council and the Ministry of Emergency Management,various kinds of state-owned enterprises have successively carried out the standardized management of work safety,and continuously optimized the safety management through standardized production.At the same time,various types of safety accidents continue to occur in the production area of state-owned enterprises.Based on this,it is very necessary and of practical significance to further promote the construction of safety production standardization in the organization of state-owned enterprises by strengthening government supervision.The standardization of production safety can not only further improve the level of production safety of state-owned enterprises,but also has great significance for the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.Based on the advanced public management theories,research results and successful experience at home and abroad,and from the perspective of government supervision,this paper comprehensively applies the literature review method,inductive analysis method and case analysis method to analyze the specific application and existing practical problems of production safety standardization in state-owned enterprises.The author in the state-owned enterprise S cigarette factories,for example,combined with the government regulation of state-owned enterprise safety production management present situation and the necessity of the standardization of production safety management,based on the risk control theory,government regulation theory,standardization production theory,the study of state-owned enterprise safety production standardization work,and on this basis to the government under the supervision of safety production standardization management status quo of S cigarette factories are described and evaluation,evaluation work covers the government regulation and S cigarette factories PDCA cycle to implement safety production standardization management mode.S cigarette factories later on the problems existing in the safety production standardization management,including the legislation level,execution level,department coordination,double control system construction,etc.,in view of the problems found in root cause analysis,and from the government regulation,enterprise management and employee individual three aspects obtains,strive to provide solutions for the safe production management of state-owned enterprises.This paper tries to improve the safety management system of state-owned enterprises under the supervision of the government,and provides some useful Suggestions for the construction of safety standardization in stateowned enterprises under the supervision of the government.
