With the deepening of economic globalization,our country took the initiative to adapt to the trend of the common development of the global economy and formally joined the WTO,in 2001 as a member of the World Trade Organization.Undoubtedly,this brings broad development space for all kinds of enterprises in our country,and provides new development opportunity and motive force.At the same time,also put forward more fierce competition challenges and higher development requirements.How to stand out in the fierce market competition,we need to enhance their own advantages and enhance their competitiveness.Among them,the most crucial is talent competition and human resource performance promotion and optimization.At present,many enterprises in our country devote themselves to perfecting their own performance management system and consume a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,but the performance of human resources in actual operation is not very ideal.In-depth investigation and analysis,further put forward targeted optimization strategies.First,introduced the research background,purpose and significance,collate the relevant research literature at home and abroad,focusing on combing and explaining the connotation of human resources performance management,role and characteristics,methods and general processes;and then,focusing on inspection.This paper analyzes the main problems and the causes of the performance management of human resources in Shandong A Company through the corresponding interviews and questionnaires.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding optimization principles and strategies.The study found that there are still some outstanding problems in the performance management of human resources,such as low target orientation,low employee participation,insufficient internal communication,insufficient process management,etc.It is especially necessary to strengthen the strategic management of human resources and adhere to the people-oriented approach.Strengthen internal communication and all staff participation in governance,pay attention to the scientific introduction of MBO management ideas on the basis of KPI,from the performance planning,evaluation,communication and other aspects of overall coordination and optimization.
