Research On The Post-evaluation Of Gas Station Construction Project Based On The Grey Theory

The refined oil market in our country has developed rapidly in recent years,and the competition is becoming more and more intense.The large amount of investment,long time of payback period,strict selection of the construction site,high-risk of safety and environmental protection and high requirements for construction quality of the gas station network construction project make various risks exists in investment in gas station construction project.The post evaluation of project is an important node in the closed loop of the project management.It summarizes experiences for the final evaluation of project management,and it is of great significance to provide a basis for the management of next similar projects.On the basis of studying the theories and methods of the post evaluation of projects domestically and abroad,summarizing the previous research results,the present situation of the oil market is analyzed.The characteristics of the gas station project,the current situation and problems of the post evaluation of gas station construction projects for oil sales enterprises are discussed.In view of the problems in the post evaluation of the gas station construction project of oil sales enterprise,the paper put forwards the solutions and theoretical methods in sequence.According to the characteristics of the gas station project,on the basis of applying the index value of the current enterprise post-evaluation system as the judgment basis,the content of the post-evaluation of the gas station construction project is redefined,the index system and the pos evaluation model are designed,and the general evaluation steps of this kind of project are given.The current general office software EXCEL is used as a tool for recording and calculating the evaluation process,and the application template is generated,which is convenient for enterprises to use in the future.Meanwhile,to solve key problems of evaluation in the model design,the grey theory is extended to apply in the post evaluation of the gas station construction project,which provides a scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for the determination of the post evaluation effect for the final gas station construction project.Finally,a project case of a gas station in Nanning city is chosen as the application and research object of the post-evaluation model of gas station based on gray theory.The post-evaluation is carried out successfully using the template constructed by EXCEL software.Meanwhile,the radar map is utilized for analyzing the evaluation results.The problems of the project management are found and experiences are summarized.This paper can provide valuable references for the post-evaluation of the gas station construction project and similar construction projects of petrochemical sales enterprises.
