Its surface will inevitably appear scab,cracks,decarburization and other defects,when billets are produced and processed.High speed heavy load grinding is usually used to eliminate these defects on the surface of the billet.However,unbalanced vibration caused by unbalanced grinding wheel will lead to the formation of Wave Crescent in the billets surface during the grinding process.As the grinding heat concentrated in the bottom of the crescent,so the phenomenon of burns and micro-cracks will appear in the bottom of the crescent,and affect the surface quality.In order to improve the surface quality,prolong the life of grinding wheel,ensure the normal operation of the spindle system,reduce replacement and correction frequency of grinding wheel,reduce investment and improve grinding efficiency,so recognition of unbalanced signals and balance control method of the grinding wheel are studied in this paper.This paper studies the following aspects:(1)This paper elaborates the source of the subject,the significance of the research and introduces the type of dynamic balancing device.(2)Vibration system of grinding wheel frame of steel billet is simplified into a single degree of freedom linear system,and established differential equation,and calculated the relationship between unbalance and vibration acceleration of grinding wheel frame.The least square method is used to extract the amplitude and initial phase of the unbalance,and the correctness and usability of the theory are verified by simulation.(3)The balanced control process and the balanced control strategy are introduced,namely,the amplitude and phase of the unbalance of the grinding wheel and the angle of the two balance plates need to be adjusted.(4)According to the characteristics of the measurement signal,the general process of the measurement system and the control requirements of the balanced control system,the hardware of the experiment are selected.(5)According to the characteristics of vibration signal of grinding wheel frame and the working principle of the hardware,the data acquisition and analysis of software based on LabVIEW is designed,the balance control software is designed based on the VB language to control the rotation of balance plate.(6)The software and hardware are combined to calibrate the scale factor experiment,and then the calibrated scale coefficient is used for the balanced experiment,and recognition theory of unbalanced quantity,balanced control method and balanced effect are verified by comparing the data before and after the balance.Through the research of the above several aspects,not only the relationship between the unbalance of grinding wheel and the vibration of grinding wheel frame was analyzed,but also the data acquisition and analysis of software and the balance control of software were designed,for further research on recognition of unbalanced signals and balanced control method of the grinding wheel to lay a foundation.
