In order to ensure machining quality and satisfy differentiated heat balance requirements of temperature control system for precision machine tools because of changing running conditions in processing,differentiated temperature control system for precision machine tools are designed and applied to complete thermal compensation for relevant position.Firstly,according to the temperature control system of temperature changing needs,determining the structure of system.Based on engineering thermodynamics,analyzing the difference between the theory refrigeration cycle and the actual cycle as well as the influence of related parameters on the cycle,the above analysis result as reference factors of system design,improve the design method of system.Aiming at the system structure and working principles,putting forward the main parameter calculation method for selection and temperature control ability of key system components.Calculation example shows that design method has the feasibility.Secondly,according to the difference between measured temperature value and target value of high/low temperature oil box in system,put forward the temperature control rules and procedures to attain dynamic real-time control.Using the PID control respectively based on BP neural network and RBF neural network,compare with control effect of three control methods(conventional PID control,BP neural network PID control and RBF neural network PID control).The results show that the PID control based on RBF neural network has the most optimal effect in terms of stability and response speed.Again,design module for selection and computing of differentiated temperature control system as well as simulation module for temperature control strategies are developed based on Matlab software.In the design module,the user can input corresponding parameters about key components to obtain selection reference data and verify the design rationality.In simulation module,input the changing condition data to gain the images and data which can be used to analyze the situation of high/low temperature oil box achieving the target or the using of key components.Finally,experimented on the experiment platform,collecting the data in actual situations and compare the simulation data with the actual data,the results show that the simulation module have rationality and feasibility.The design method and control method based on differentiated temperature control system are proposed in this paper have feasibility,and the design module and simulation module are of higher engineering application values.
