With the rapid development of science and technology,the demands of human beings are increasing.Advanced manufacturing technology also began to put forward new requirements on the machining accuracy and machining efficiency and cost,and the processing size limit is also constantly challenged.In this context,micro grinding technology also came into being.After many years' development,nowadays,micro-grinding technology has become an important processing method,and it is famous for its high efficiency and high flexibility in the world.Even so,micro grinding is still a research direction with great potential and vigor.Single crystal material is a new material,because of its excellent mechanical properties and creep' resistance,it has become one of irreplaceable materials in many industries,just because that,the properties of single crystal parts has become an important breakthrough point of the development of many industries.The emergence of single crystal materials has brought great convenience to our daily life,but the performance of the single crystal parts still cannot meet the needs of the people.So it is necessary to conduct in-depth study of single crystal materials in micro scale grinding mechanism and process,which makes t maching qualityhe of micro grinding technology in single parts further improve,and the rapid development of severe dependence single crystal parts related industry.Micro grinding of monocrystalline materials is an urgent need for the development of the field,for the micro grinding process improvement of single crystal materials,this paper mainly adopts the method of single factor experiment,supplemented by orthogonal experimental method and finite element analysis of single crystal materials,this paper has studied micro grinding in grinding temperature,grinding force,surface quality and recrystallization etc.the main research contents are as follows:(1)The similarities and differences between micro grinding and conventional grinding are studied,and the maximum deformation cutting trajectory in micro-grinding process is investigated theoretically.The crystal structure and elastic plastic anisotropy of FCC single crystal materials are studied.(2)Through the single factor experiments,the influences of micro grinding parameters and crystal anisotropy on the surface quality and grinding force are analyzed in micro grinding process.the grinding ways are also analyzed,and optimized the grinding surface roughness of cutting direction and minimum grinding force.Through orthogonal experiments,the primary order of the influence of different grinding on the roughness are analyzed,and the optimum grinding parameters are obtained(3)A single particle simulation model of micro-grinding about single crystal materials is constructed,the temperature field distribution in the process of micro scale grinding of single crystal materials is obtained,and we also analyzes the influence of grinding parameters on micro grinding temperature,the influence of single crystal material anisotropy on micro grinding temperature by the two methods of experiment and simulation.Lastly,we obtained most optimized cutting direction which can make the grinding temperature lowest.(4)Through the experiments,we researched the influence of single crystal material anisotropy on surface damage layer and recrystallization in micro grinding,the surface damage layer mainly including plastic deformation layer,and finally we also put forward the measures to suppress the recrystallization of single crystal materials according to the experimental results.
