Currently,the automation level of underground mine pressure monitoring system is not high,and the control mode of air compressor is not reasonable,which lead to the large fluctuation of wind pressure and the serious waste of system energy.Stable pressure is an important guarantee to ensure the normal operation of underground production equipment,so the stability of the pipe network is of great significance to the air pressure system.This thesis summarized the research status of mine air pressure system at home and abroad by reading relevant literatures at home and abroad.In view of the insufficiency of current underground mine air pressure system,combined with the demand of mine intelligent demand and digital construction,the design of underground mine pressure air intelligent monitoring system was completed,which improved the reliability and automation level of the system and enhanced the on-site management level of industrial and mining enterprise.First of all,according to the process flow of the existing air pressure system,the thesis analyzed the existing problems of the system,combined with the system function requirements to complete the overall structure of the air pressure system design,including hardware design,software design and communication design.The system combined the sensor technology,computer technology,optical fiber communication technology.The lower computer system mainly used the single chip microcomputer as the control core and the pressure sensor to realize the data collection function.The host computer adopted the C/S structure to realize the multi-client access.Secondly,in the aspect of control strategy,aiming at the complex characteristics is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model of pressure air system structure,combined with the constant pressure control system of gas supply and the requirements of energy saving,the thesis preliminary designed the pressure control of pipe network pressure fuzzy PID controller,and simulated by MATLAB.But the simulation results showed that when the model parameters change,the fuzzy PID controller designed in this thesis is not very ideal to the control effect of the system,the adaptation range was smaller,the control quality of the fuzzy controller needed to be improved.Therefore,aiming at the shortcomings of fuzzy controller,this thesis proposed the use of genetic algorithm to improve the fuzzy controller,and finally improve the system control effect.At the same time,aiming at the problem of uneven running time of air compressor,the control strategy of air compressor rotation was designed to make the air compressor achieve uniform wear and prolong service life.Finally,the thesis designed the system monitoring interface by using Visual Basic programming language,at the same time with the implementation of data processing operation of the SQL Server database.It completed the development of PC software and realized each module function of monitoring system.The actual operation results showed that the air pressure monitoring system designed in this study was stable and can meet the requirements of production,and achieved the expected results.
